Ok. Where do I start. I came to this restaurant for a comedy show for my boyfriend and I’s date night. 45 minute drive. We arrived at 7:07 pm. Door were suppose to open at 7 but from what i was told by ticket scanner they let people in around 6 who got there early. We didn’t get in the restaurant until 7:30 something. But because we were general admission they were seating VIP first as they kept coming in. Also friends of the staff or owners were able to skip the line. We had 3 couples ahead of us which 1 couple ended up leaving after standing waiting for a table until about 8:30 mind you show was suppose to start at 8pm. Once they ran out of seat in VIP the owner started sitting the VIP in General seating then told the people in general seating he had no more room to seat anyone. There had to have been about 40+ people behind us who hadn’t checked in yet . They booked more tickets than they had seating for. The owner tried to say general admission was for Standing. No where on the ticket site did it say that. People don’t go to a restaurant that serves food to stand and eat so that made no sense. Then he booked a private party in the back room that would not leave by the time the show started so they got to see a free show while people who paid had to leave. They told everyone to go to the website for a refund but the website was joke. It said you had to send an email. We ended up standing by the bar where the bartender ignored the side we were on for more then 45 minutes . It’s a shame because the food was good when it actually came out. Then the lady taking our order when I asked for the tab the check said $64 when we got home realized she ran it for $94 and then my boyfriend tip on it not realizing she must have added her own tip. That was grimey. Comedy Show started at a little after 9 pm . You know people bought new outfits, people when out got there hair done , nails done, paid for gas, got babysitters and the these owners could careless about how they made all the people who paid that left feel. So inconsiderate , no people skills, short bartender had an attitude. If y'all need help with customer service and how to run a restaurant / bar properly , you should call Mr. John Taffer at bar rescue. This place could really be a special place with the right management. Then to top it off they booked a Halloween party same night that was suppose to start at 10pm. We unfortunately had to leave at 10:38pm and the show was still going on and the Halloween party people were all Outside waiting to get in 😂😂. And they looked confused as to what was going on. Just madness. Don’t recommend to go here for an event. During the day I can’t really speak on because I haven't experienced it but won’t come back just because of the fraud on our CC for what we ordered and showed us and what...

I rarely write reviews, but my family's experience at FAMA Gastrobar during a birthday celebration was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. What should have been a joyful occasion turned into a nightmare that left the birthday girl in tears and my son unwell after eating what can only be described as an expired, overcooked cheeseburger.
To begin with, the service was abysmal. Despite being the only customers in the establishment, the staff seemed more interested in their phones than in attending to our needs. Instead of focusing on preparing drinks for our party of 15, they chose to record us without our consent, which felt incredibly intrusive.
Communication was another significant issue. The waitress and manager primarily spoke Spanish and struggled to understand basic English. This language barrier severely impacted our ability to address the problems we were facing, which is unacceptable for customer service.
Adding to the chaos, the food was sent out one by one, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The waitress mixed up our entire order and didn't even offer an apology, which only compounded our frustration.
Overall, our experience at FAMA Gastrobar was hands down one of the worst we've encountered. It’s clear that there are serious issues with both food quality and customer service that need immediate attention. We will not be returning, and I hope this feedback encourages the management to make necessary improvements. You have...
