I'd been to several Ross's with friends and family, however I'd never really looked around or bought anything for myself. When my family and I were out today doing some shopping we decided to stop by this Ross. It wasn't the one I'd intended to go to, but at the moment it was the closest one.
Upon walking in the place is extremely dirty, which I can usually overlook if there is quality service and products, but there wasn't. My family and I had no customer service once so ever, and every time we'd go to seek out help there were no employees to be found, the two we did find were talking amongst themselves with little regard to my family seeking help. When asked where their plus size section could be found one of the women responded with, "We don't offer plus size," before going back to her conversation with the other employee.
Later on we found pieces of clothing that were plus size, we had to sift through very unorganized spots, but we found it. All sorts of items laid on the ground and in the pathways for walking in the store. The right sizes were never in their destined spots, finding size 4's and 8's in spots designed for size 18/20.
Even though this can't really be helped I feel it needs to be mentioned; the people I encountered in there were rude. As I was walking I had a child push the basket on to my heels several times, when I looked back the mother stared at me, but did nothing to stop her child from pushing the basket into me. No one would let me get through an isle even as I said excuse me several times. Another woman and her friend ran through the isle with their basket and knocked into another customer. It's not the ideal environment anyone should want to shop in.
