Disney Gifts — Local services in Kissimmee

Very nice store and kind people. They let us finish our shopping even after they closed. They have a HUGE selection of Disney stuff and more. From Star Wars to Princess to Harry Potter. They have more and nicer stuff at better prices then the 4 Disney parks plus Walmart and Disney springs. We spent $300 here and very satisfied with all of the gifts we were able to get for over 8 family members. At the Disney stores you would get maybe 5 items for that price. The store was very clean and we had a very good time buying things for our family and kids. Things that we did not buy at the parks because we could not find the right things there. We were stressed out before we found this store, and now we get to come home from vacation with lots of items for memories. We even got around 8 full Disney outfits for the kids.

My family and I went Tuesday to get stuff for family back home and they had variety of stuff. I rarely complain about a store but where it got me was checking out. The two women at the front were scanning my stuff and I noticed one was talking to the other about an item of mine and I felt like it had to do with it being pretty cheap. I had an item that was $3.99 and turns out she charged it higher thinking I wasn’t going to notice for $6.99!!! Why would you raise the price at checkout when it clearly says $3.99!! Please be aware and go shop somewhere else. If you buy anything cheap they will raise the price without telling you...

Very bad customer service! Guy does not even want to attend you if you want to buy things, he won’t even listen to you if you ask question. We were about to buy multiple things and when we approached to cashier to pay he stayed there like we weren’t talking to him and we told him that we were buying things he completely ignored us.
