McDonald's — Restaurant in Kittery

A rather strange McDonald's Thiers no indication of where to actually enter the establishment. I thought i was going into a wall then I saw the entrance. Very odd design chooses for it's layout as well thiers barley engulf room for two people to walk back and forth and if thiers a person with disabilities you have to wait thiers no option b.

You are limited to order from the electric kiosk and I for some reason picked a sausage egg cheese on an English muffin it said 3 bucks and then it presented me with the upsell of making it a meal? So i said yes. A large ice coffee and hash brown total: 10.19? Say what for the convenience of putting it in a meal?

I waited maybe 5 minutes in these booths where im sorry im 230 and I could barely slide my behind through the seats. So if you weigh more you might have to pick the open section in the next compartment. Now once I open my sandwich I already knew they messed up and forgot my egg so I had to go up and tell the manager the problem and he made it within 2 minutes but didn't say anything like I'm sorry. I'm sorry goes a very long way in rectifying the situation but after I had almost completed my meal the manager came over and personally said I'm sorry and gave me a gold card worth a free combo meal...

Worst trip to McDonald's ever! My large fry was a medium at best and clearly the bottom of the barrel, my burgers tasted like I bought them at a sketchy midwestern truck stop and had been sitting under a heat lamp for goodness knows how long, the few fries I found to be edible were mixed in with a plethora of deep fried crunchy chunks of what seemed to be only batter, I also had to pull over to the side of the restaurant to wait for my very simple and barely pallitable meal for what seemed like longer than what I would consider fast food. Gone are the days of the Kittery Mickey D's I knew as a teenager, and that is to say the least. I will never go here again, and that is a bummer since my family an I are moving back to the area. My advice, go across the street to BK if you gotta have it quick, or down a ways for some...

We all know McDonalds and you know what it is, it’s fast food so obviously healthy is not an option so just roll with it. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is just a McDonalds but I guess it feels different because you’re on Vacation at the beach. The food is always hot and fresh regardless of when I have gone and I live here so I have been at all hours. Be warned during the summer until about mid September it is busy, busy and did I say busy because you have a very small pool of fast food to choose from. Expect it to be busy and bring your patience with you because those folks are working as hard as they can and showed up to work to feed you. You chose to visit this...
