Arby's — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

This particular arbys is not all that good honestly. One tried to get a job here. Was denied because I’m not originally from Klamath Falls. Which confused me being that the manager clearly looks like they are not from here too. Second,for the last two years that I’ve gone to this arbys; they’ve messed up my order. Today being no different. I asked for a regular roast beef sandwich. What I got was cold meat on a stale onion 🧅 roll.The drive Thur box is messed up, you cannot hear the team member through the thing. Then when you pull up to get your order. They’re rude to you. Thrusting my change back. Today is my last visit to this arbys franchise. The manager asked me what my problem was in this most hateful tone ever; when I wasn’t even talking to her.I gave her no indication that I was even talking to her. My sandwich was cold and stale. From years of getting a roast beef sandwiches I never did get it with a onion roll. It’s supposed to be sesame seed bun. Such a shame cause there’s not many fast food restaurants in this town.😭😭😞

UPDATE: So the manager Cindy tried to call me, however when she did. A crew member was obviously standing right beside her and I could clearly hear the team member saying that whomever “ always has something to complain about “. I didn’t know if they were talking about me or what. So I hung up. Next time if you’re going to try and make things right with a customer. Don’t stand beside your crew while they’re talking so negativity about customers and or potential customers. I still refuse to go back to this location. I’m...

3 stars only because the food is decent. The people there,however, is a different story. They are slow (over half the time) and rude. At the drive thru, they dont smile or even pretend that they are happy to serve you. Just today, was in the drive through. They were backed up, waiting almost over 10mins. The car that pulled up behind me was there but not up to the speaker. The staff answering the drive thru said their speech a few times. After the second time they started saying it rudely as if they were annoyed nobody was answering them. Then they said over the speaker "they are just listening to their music and the lady in front of them wont move". The lady couldnt answer them as she wasnt close enough to and i couldnt move as there was 4 cars in front of me. The point being that the staff was annoyed and rude (over the speaker for people to hear) because THEY were slow at getting food out. Just bad...

They have a sign that says if we don't tell you about the survey on the back of your receipt you get a free turnover, the girl handed me my arby's gift card back and said you have 5.50 left on your card then she went to get my food came back and after handing me my food said have a good day which was nice but she never mentioned the survey i asked her for a turnover and was treated like I was trying to steal it from her, I told her to keep it, I can afford to pay for it if I really wanted it but her attitude was so off putting that I dont want to come again when she is there, I am not going to give her name because I am not wanting to get her in any kind of trouble, its not about that but if you're going to offer to give something you should be ready for someone to call you on it.
