It started out bad but got better. I walked over from Amtrak and was told to seat myself. I was the only customer in the restaurant area. There were a half dozen people in the bar area playing pool. After several minutes, someone brought me a menu and took my drink order. Fifteen minutes later, I went looking for the woman who had taken the order. I couldn't find her. Other customers (regulars, I think) told someone in the backhouse what was going on. My iced tea was delivered immediately and my food order was taken. I had a large sandwich of Italian cold cuts and cheese on a Gino's house roll. Delicious. I had half of wrapped to go and took it on the train with me. I also had deep-fried zucchini spears. The squash was the freshest I have ever had. Outstanding light batter and perfectly cooked. Because of the initial mixup the staff offered to cover my meal. I refused. When I got my check, though, there was a 20% discount. Food was excellent. Price was reasonable. Staff was beyond nice. Next time I have a layover in K Falls, I'll make it a point to stop here. I don't drink, but I did see a nice selection of craft beers on tap a...
Read moreThis was my first time here. I was visiting this chick and I knew if I bought dinner, I would definitely get laid. Everything in the day went well. This was the clincher. So I placed the order just before the kitchen closed. Thank GOD the gentleman who took the order over the phone was kind enough to get my order in just on time. So I went a half hour later to pick food up. Gino's was kind enough to leave at bar nicely wrapped to keep the heat. I paid for the order and proceeded to go back to this chicks house. Opened the bag and everything I ordered was there. Everything was hot. Everything I ordered was excellent, especially the fried mushrooms. Great job gentlemen! Well, when I'm in Klamath Falls again, probably next week, I will definitely order food from Gino's again. No hesitation. I will order some things I haven't tried. The ending is that I banged and I mean banged the hell out of this chick. I mean she was crying. She also loved the food. She orders a lot. She lives just down the street. Until next time Gino's. Thanks again for the great food! I give this...
Read moreI love their food but the waitress on the bar end of the restaurant seems to be more tending to her regulars. I went in yesterday and left after having to get up and ask for a menu as myself and my daughter weren't even acknowledged while watching the waitress/bartender walk passed us several times. Even after I went to get a menu our table was still ignored and she seemed annoyed that I even asked for a menu as she passed it to a lady sitting at the bar who barely even turned around to hand it to me. Sadly this isn't the first time I've been in and had this experience. I try every now and again to come in and sit because I realy do enjoy their food and setup but the server with the dark hair flat out ignoring people's existence is extremely rude. Ordering from the store part to go is much more friendly and convenient though I would realy enjoy to sit out on the patio or in the pool room. Hopefully something changes at some point in time. I'd rate them nearly 5 all the way across the board if this issue...
