I've always loved Arby’s food; it has generally been really good, but the service at this location was disappointing, shocking, rude, and disrespectful.
I wish I could say I received good customer service, but all I got was attitude. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, I asked for a moment to confirm that my mobile order submitted through the app had gone through
. I informed the person over the speaker that I had placed a mobile app order. She responded by saying, "It's not ready; you'll have to drive around a couple of times and come back through." Her demeanor was very condescending and rude.
It felt like I was being judged for ordering through the mobile app—that's how it came across. When I pulled up to the window, my food was already in the bag. I didn’t receive a greeting, no "Hello," no "How are you?" Nothing at all. There wasn't even a "Enjoy your food.
I opened the bag up, and I noticed that there I was barely any Fries in Cup
So, of course, after I pulled off, I went back around and walked inside and I asked them. Was it standard to only fill the fry cup, up halfway? The lady then proceeded to say yeah that’s The amount that goes in every single fry cup. .(of course attitude was given, and you could tell that who I was speaking with was beyond annoyed, and obviously didn’t not want to accommodate or apologize or even acknowledge my concern or acknowledge that I was frustrated.)
God forbid, someone portrayed common courtesy, and common respect. then the second lady behind the counter started mumbling, and I’m unsure of what was said, but then the third lady behind the counter, grabbed a new fry cup and properly applied a full amount of fries into the cup. (like I have seen before,) but it’s just astronomical and disheartening that I can’t even go through a drive-through without feeling like I’m a burden or feeling like I’ve inconvenienced someone at their job?!?!
I don’t know who y’all have hired, but my experience was horrible. I don’t think I will ever be back to this location ever again because it was very unwelcoming and very uncomfortable on so many...
Read moreWent to this Arby's because my daughter wanted to stop there when we were out shopping. I didn't check the food until we got home. Her sandwich was thrown together drowning in Mayonnaise, nasty, and sloppy. We live on the other side of town & had to drive back out. My mom & I took the sandwich back & she showed it to them & stating it was unacceptable to feed someone a sandwich like this. I asked them would you feed this to your 8yrs old. We never got rude or used profanity in this interaction. The manager on duty Christopher Dockery never apologized or acted concerned. He just said "That is a lot of mayonnaise." Then walked away. My mom said "We want our money back." He gave me a partial refund. I took a picture of the sandwich & floor then walked out. I was going to just post the pictures with my reviews but as we were getting in the car he took a picture of us. I asked him why he took a picture of us. He said because you took a picture of me. I said , I took a picture of the floor. Then he accused me of cussing & being rude the 1st time. At that point, I did go off & told him I didn't cuss you! But I'm cussing now. You don't take pictures of us. Big mistake. (Because I was going to turn him in. Taking my picture without permission is a violation of my privacy) You will see the pictures I took listed below. I was just going to complain about it. Anyways, I could of not used profanity when I went back in there, however these restaurants shouldn't just think they can give people food slopped together & expect them to eat it. They will not have to worry about me going to any Arby's restaurant again. I'm done with them & will let everyone I know or encounter how unconcerned they act when they serve their customers food thrown together like slop & get mad when they ask...
Read moreWhen considering lunch today I hesitated about the option of Arby's. Many Arby's locations have long lines at the drive through and crowded inside during peak meal periods. That was not the case here as there were as many employees as customers when I was there at 11:58 according to my receipt. When I received my order (2 for $6 Greek style Gyros) I had a better understanding of this stores lack of customers. I can't be sure but I think the Greek style was turkey and most of the flat bread was so tough I could barely tear it apart to allow me to consume the rest of the sandwich. It was as though it had been placed in a microwave oven for way too long. I have been a fan of Arby's take on Turkish/Greek Donor Kebob/Gyros so hope you can influence consistency from one store to the next for us consumers. I do not like to complain to deaf ears which I feel would have been the case at this location. The food which was being served to me was a clear Statement to never come back to this Arby's location. Message received. While sitting here in lot writing these comments I am resigned to fine the perfect...
