For the last 15 years I’ve gotten KFC to eat with my coworkers on the day before Thanksgiving. We always get 5 or 6 family packs. We did the same thing again this year and we always call it in or go by the store a couple days early to order. It is always about the same price but it’s always what is advertised. This year however we got charged a lot more than advertised. Hundreds of dollars more and was told it was a catering charge because we ordered 6 family packs. We were not told that until we went to pay and the worst part we only got family packs not the large amounts that was rang up for catering. I’ve called the store multiple times even went by spoke with store employees and they agreed it’s not right but the area manager will not call me back to even speak to me. If this is store policy it needs to be told on the front end not when it’s getting picked up. Also someone needs to call a loyal customer back and explain why we were charged for something we didn’t get and why we wasn’t charged for what we always order. Which is the food we actually received at hundreds of dollars more than advertised pricing. I have wait weeks to try to resolve this before leaving a review and no one at KFC has bothered to as much as...
Read moreThe staff were extremealy unprofessional! Touching food with no gloves and providing poor customer service.
I ordered a 4 pc spicy chicken tender. The lady at the drive up said " we dont make no spicy 4 pc". I then replied "that's ok! I will take a 4 pc original tender." She then said " oh, I thought you said a 4 pc. That's not a tender!" Extreamly rude. I then said " it's ok! I will take the original tenders anyway" she said " ok then, drive up". We then paid for our food and drove off. Once we noticed my tenders were dripping with sauce soggy and my biscuit coated falling apart we returned to the drive up window. I explained the situation to employee where she continued to tell me that I was wrong. We did NOT want a refund, just the original tenders as we requested. She walked away to speak to her "manager" only to say there was nothing she could do. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, isn't there a uniform? Why are employees wearing gray Victoria Secret jogging suits to work? That was supposedly the woman in charge. Was that an employee or someone playing with...
Read moreUpdate: The last time I tried them, they are doing better with service, communication, and execution. I have raised my rating to 2 stars, and will continue to adjust based on experience. Original Post: Uber Eats driver here. I drove to the store because Uber told me there was a pick up, it took me 12 minutes to get there. It seems the store was planning on closing at 11, and I arrived at 10:45. Upon giving them the name for the order I was picking up, the lady on the speaker said that they were asking all delivery drivers to cancel their orders because they did not have the food needed... because they were getting ready to close. Not wanting waste the trip, I then asked what they had left so I could grab myself some dinner. "We have nothing left." They're street lights and signage were still on, the drive thru menu was still lit, they were even still answering the speaker box... that's all I have. Dissapointed, I should have skipped the order and accepted one that wouldn't waste my time. These runs are how my...
