A Nostalgic Delight - Bit Burger Takes You on a Flavorful Journey through Time!

Bit Burger is not just your average burger joint; it's a nostalgic haven that combines mouthwatering food with a captivating ambiance. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a world of pixelated wonders, with video game memorabilia adorning the walls, spanning the 8-bit era to modern day. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit, but it's the incredible food and out-of-this-world milkshakes that truly make Bit Burger shine.

Let's start with the food. The menu at Bit Burger is a delightful blend of classic flavors and clever video game references. Each dish is crafted with care and bursts with freshness and taste. The burgers are made from high-quality ingredients, resulting in juicy patties that are cooked to perfection. The combination of flavors in each burger is thoughtfully curated, making every bite a trip down memory lane and a treat for your taste buds. Whether you go for the "Power-Up Burger" or the "Pixel Patty," you can expect a burst of deliciousness that will leave you craving more.

Now, let's talk about the milkshakes. Oh, the milkshakes at Bit Burger are truly out of this world! They deserve a category of their own and could easily earn 10 stars if possible. Trust me when I say that these milkshakes are worth the visit alone. You won't find another milkshake like this in Knoxville.

What sets Bit Burger apart from other establishments is the added element of fun. While waiting for your food, you can dive into a world of gaming nostalgia. The free-to-play games available in the restaurant add an extra layer of enjoyment to your visit. Whether you're battling aliens in a classic arcade game or challenging your friends to a retro race, the gaming experience at Bit Burger enhances the overall atmosphere and makes for a memorable dining experience. And let's not forget the 25-cent claw game, a small but delightful addition that adds an extra touch of excitement.

In summary, Bit Burger is a one-of-a-kind gem that seamlessly combines nostalgia, delicious food, and mind-blowing milkshakes. The video game memorabilia, free-to-play games, and charming atmosphere create an experience that will transport you back in time while savoring every delectable bite. From the flavorful burgers with clever names to the milkshakes that will leave you in awe, Bit Burger has crafted a dining experience that deserves nothing less than a five-star rating. If you're in Knoxville, make sure to visit this unique establishment and prepare to embark on a flavorful journey...

First off, great atmosphere. It's not a big dining area. You give your order over an app at your table. No waiters, no bus boy, etc. You place your order and pay. Wait until your food is brought to your table. Which is good and bad. The place was decorated in vintage items. Love it what not to love pac man, spiderman, rugart, starwars, movie posters, comic books, etc. Perfect love the whole ideal of it. Friendly, clean, and you can bring family. We ordered on the app/scan inside of a bit burger and paid. I DO NOT LIKE THIS. The reason is that I do not believe in tipping before i receive my food. And since there are no waiters, no busboy, and I take my tray to waste bin, and I fill my own soda. I do not believe in tipping. It was not earned. 10% for me to do this. i will not be doing this next time. We ordered the The Kong burger with upgraded chili-cheese waffle fries, plus a starter and food to good. Was not busy. The host was filling a to go order while our order was waiting and getting cold. My burger was barely warm, not hot. They forgot my chili cheese on my waffle fries. My waffle fries were cold. My starter was cold also. I would not suggest this if you want hot food. This is one reason I dislike tipping before you get your food and pay for it. Two cooks and 1 host. Cook came out to talk with us and hand us our cup so we can fill our drinks. Nice fellow, my hubby had the chase the host down just so we could get a small 1/4 cup of chili and cheese for my waffle fries. The food was good but cold and items forgotten. I will not be tipping next time cause I get the same service at McDonald's. At least I do not tip for cold food and bad service there. Host could do way more than she did. Cook was awesome. The food is good but cold. Non-smoking, clean, I give a 3 stars room for much more...

It pains me to write this review, because Bit Burger's food is great. We order takeout from them about once a month - their chicken tenders, ranch and honey mustard are arguably the best in Knoxville.

The reason for the two stars is they NEVER give us the extra sauces that we pay for. Not occasionally - but NEVER.

We ordered tenders last night and paid for two extra sauces. I asked my husband to make sure they gave us said sauces when he picked the food up (because they shorted us the last several times we ordered), but he was unable to do so because the waitress had tied the plastic bag multiple times and it could not be easily opened. He asked the waitress if the sauces we paid for were in the bag. She says yes, they definitely are.

He gets home, and two of our four sauces are missing. They were on the receipt, and of course we paid for them. Rest assured, they aren't going to forget to charge you.

And you might ask "Are the sauces really that important?"

Yes, Linda, they are. The chicken tenders are just a receptacle for the sauce. You could put the sauce on a shoe, and that shoe would taste delicious. So when I PAY for the sauce, I expect to get the sauce. If they were free, I wouldn't complain. But I paid for them.

I've come to the conclusion that Bit Burger is either A) Micro-stealing from their customers on a regular basis (because let's be honest, no one is going to call to complain over $1-$2 and we aren't going to make a 40-minute round trip to retrieve what's missing) or B) their employees don't know how to count to four. Or maybe it's both of these things.

Either way, they've scammed us for the last time. I'd rather eat Zaxby's sub-par tenders than keep letting this establishment steal my hard-earned...

Our friends introduced us to Bit Burger. We all went to celebrate our girls’ last day of school this year and this was the place to be. It’s reminds me of an 80s nostalgic shop with all the little guys and memorabilia lining the walls. Being older, I recognized many of the characters and games. They even had Bubble Bobble - this game with two cute little dinosaurs who blow bubbles and trap baddies, killing them by popping the bubbles. My sister and I loved that game as kids. The button for Bob to blow bubbles was broken, but Bub worked fine. I got to level 32 alone, but I bet we could have beaten the game with two players! The arcade games are free and the burgers are delicious. They are small but you can get a double. We got a Bowser that came with jalapeños and it was really good. My 11yo loved her hotdog with cheese and tater tots while my 9yo got chicken strips and fries (they are waffle fries). The food all tasted fresh and came out hot. My mom and mother-in-law who were with us, said they liked their burgers as well. We also got the cheese curds and those were yummy too! We ended up getting a cookies ‘n cream milkshake after we ate even thought we had ice cream after their awards… it was good too! The service was quick and the ladies bringing our food were nice. I ordered on the app for the burgers and at the register for the milkshake. I was distracted by the games and didn’t get pictures of our delicious food! We had a kids table (the 4 kids sat at a booth together) and then the adults sat at the back, 4 at one table and 2 at the one next to it since the tables were smaller but we did not mind. We will definitely be back. From 9-70+, all ages enjoyed our dinner there.
