Every chipotle I have ever been too has amazing quality and service. This one was no different. I love how the service here is quick and efficient. How the food is in biodegradable containers, and how the food is sustainable and fresh. I love the minimalistic aspects of every chipotle store and I call them," the apple stores of the fast food industry". The food is always delicious with every bite and is consistent throughout their brand. I absolutely love chipotle it is definitely one of my favorites and I will always eat at their chain of restraunts. Highly recommend:)

I must commend Chipotle at West Town Mall in Knoxville for being the most professional and clean of all the Chipotle spots in the area. Every visit has been on point, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. It is always cleaner behind the counter than in other locations, even though they're usually much busier. The quality of the food consistently meets the standards I expect from Chipotle, and the service ensures a seamless experience. Kudos to the team for maintaining such a top-notch operation. This Chipotle is undoubtedly my go-to in Knoxville.

We ordered a web order and paid for delivery today (Black Friday). We ordered 2 bowls, 3 tacos (double meat), queso and chips. We received the order and the three tacos were missing and the chips. We called them and requested our missing items to be delivered to us. They said the only thing they could do was for us to come in and they will give us our missing items. They would not deliver our missing items. Even thou we paid for delivery and didn’t get some of our food. Very very disappointing. We have ordered from many other places for delivery and when an item is forgotten, it has been delivered to us. This at Chipotle was not the case. Very disappointing!!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHIPOTLE. RAW CHICKEN WAS SERVED. Yesterday 10/30 my husband and I went to chipotle for lunch. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and he ordered a chicken bowl. They ran out of chicken for my husband‘s bowl, so we waited for more. The worker put the chicken in the bowl and said discreetly that’s raw chicken. So he remade the bowl. We go to sit down and eat. I realize my chicken quesadilla was not cooked thoroughly and the cheese was still cold. Then my husband says that there is raw chicken in his bowl. Ate at the Cedar Bluff location, omg! This was the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. We had a gift certificate to use, and we were so hungry, that's why we ordered(I wanted to just leave) . The trash bins were overflowing, food all over the floor, not one clean table in the place. Also, the entrance door looked like it has never been clean!
