Definitely one if the busiest Dunkins in Knoxville. Most of the staff are very friendly, hard working and doing the best they can in a nationwide labor shortage. Reading some of the reviews about complaints on wait times makes me shake my head. People, common sense isn't dead. If you choose to stop anywhere including Dunkin on your way to work, leave earlier. It's no one's fault but your own if you chose to make a pit stop, saw a long line and waited anyways making yourself late for work.. If you don't like mobile orders going ahead of you, download the app and utilize mobile ordering too. š it's not rocket science. Don't like seeing or hearing frustrated employees that are over worked and tired of being yelled at? Apply for a job there or recommend them to someone you know that needs a job because they absolutely can use more employees right now along with nearly every other restaurant out there. Be kind people, is that really too much to ask? Keep your heads up Dunkin employees and keep doing the best you can.
Update 10/26/2021. All the amazing staff that knew the regulars by name are gone. The upper management did nothing to retain the staff that worked through Covid, labor shortages, irate customer issues and more. Better pay, more respect from higher ups, consistent training of the new hires would have helped retain the reliable back bone employees. The service is now in the pits, drinks are woing 94% of the time and they are noticeably far less busy after letting the good staff go. Such a shame as this was the best Dunkin in town. The owners need to reevaluate who you're letting run this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWaiting over a week for a resolution. No response from upper management or lower management. What an absolute rip off this location is.
On thanksgiving the mobile order was open for this location. The only location available near me. I order $40 worth of coffee and go to pick up. Closed. I call the next day, and Iām told by an employee that the District Manager failed to turn off the mobile order for this location and manager needs to get back to me for a resolution. Also that I may need to submit an inquiry through the app.
Before that I call back and am never able to get a manager. So I submit through the app and they tell me the store will follow up with me for a resolution in 2 days. Here I am over a week and still waiting. The fact that I have to reach out to get my money back is insane. The district manager should have actively refunded all orders that happened this day. (btw Iām told it was something like 60+ tickets from an employee working the next day)
Why is this still an issue? This is insane and I now am still out $40 for no product received, no call back, and no resolution.
Dunkin - own up to your mistake and give me my money back!!!
Never had this issue...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can say 1 good thing about this place my coffee is usually always perfect but some of the donuts taste mushy, greasy, & are raw in the middle. These are some of the most disrespectful, unprofessional group of employees working at this location. Cussing, yelling, screaming at each other and not 1employee can answer any questions, they know NOTHING!!! They stand outside in the early mornings congregating, smoking, talking & then take forever when you order b/c they aren't even in the building When taking your order. When you go through the drive thru they approach you with what can I get you like they are miserable with their job & you're a bother how dare you come through the drive through this early, No mannerisms what so ever... coupons NEVER work for me at this location & nobody can tell me why, but I have no issues anywhere else. I'm just sick & tired of the rudeness, disrespect, and absolute zero manners for the customers!!! When are you people going to understand customers are why your doors are open & your boss can write you a paycheck!!! Everything I'm telling you are things employees should know when hired smh... NOBODY has standards...
