Wish I could give this mcdonald's no stars. I hate coming to this location. It is always so slow! Always a 20 to 25 minute wait. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house. Sometimes i purposely drive 10 minutes to a different one. Anyway, back to what happened tonight. I was treated completely unprofessional. The only window open was number 2.. When I got to the window. The told me to hold on. Then she repeated an order so i assumed she was talking to person in the headset. Then she held out her hand. So I gave her my card. When she gave me the bag of food, I looked inside of it and I realized it was the wrong order. So I told the cashier. She rolled her eyes at me. Took the bag back and slamed it on the counter. I told her that she didn't need to roll her eyes at me. She then argued with me saying that if she repeats the order and I say yes than it is my fault. I told her that regardless of whose fault it is, she didn't have a right to roll her eyes at me. (And I didn't even say it was her fault) She still argued with me. Then the manager came to do refund for me. I asked if he was the manager. He said yes. I started to tell him what happened. The cashier butted in and told The manager that it was my fault. I told the manager that i understand that it was my fault for not listening but that didn't give her a right to agrue with me. The manager acted like he didn't care. I work in customer service every day. I would be written up for treating a customer that way. You work in customer service. Regardless of whose fault it was, you don't argue and roll your eyes at a customer. These people want $15 an hour??? Yeah when you treat your customers better...    Read moreAbsolutely terrible, Iâm not usually one to leave bad reviews, I give the benefit of the doubt, maybe they are having a bad day, not everyone can be on their a game everyday. So to begin, they only gave us about half our order, which was all dumped in the bag, including a deluxe double quarter pounder, when brought to their attention asking for a replacement, the pour young man serving us looked ticked, like this has been a abundant problem, along with a older lady getting drinks ready, who looked as if she felt it wasnât her problem, they then gave us some of the missing food and tried to send us on our way. When we let them know we were still missing our other happy meal and replacement quarter pounder they asked for our receipt as if we were lying, the helpful young man took the receipt the kitchen staff and you could hear them arguing. Once we got all of our food we were sent on our way only to realize we werenât given our kids drinks and the condiments, so I went to the side door to go in and ask for them. The door was lock but The older lady was heading out with a delivery device order, as she handed the food to the driver I said, hey mam we were still missing our kids drinks and she slammed the door, shrugged her shoulders and said, I canât help ya and walked away.    Read moreAbsolutely the worse service imaginable! Drive thru was packed so I went inside and ordered on a kiosk. I should have known something was wrong because the lobby was packed and the people were grumbling. After 30 minutes My husband who was in the truck with a trailer comes in to find out what is happening and tells me that the cars in the drive thru havenât stopped and just keep moving thru and it had been dozens of cars served. Inside is another story, NO ONE is getting served! The door Dash guy comes in and yells over the counter for his food, waits, yells again and manages to get his food. I can see my number up on the screen and it is moving, but not because they are serving people waiting in the lobby. Some people in the lobby did not even see their number on the screen. At this point my husband has had enough and physically stops the drive through until the manager shows up at the window. He tells her that we have been there 30 minutes for two biscuits and two drinks and she says they donât know where the order is. I hear what is happening and gave another worker my ticket and point out itâs on the screen. Now the manager is yelling that she would never be married to my husband! Really?!?
