Change your hours and pick up your phones. Drove in from tazwell for a pizza. Your hours on google state you are open until 8. I do not care that it is Christmas Eve I am working as well and tomorrow also. What I do care about is a business or franchise owner who is too lazy to click a keyboard or pick up their phone and hit update holiday hours on your google profile. And do not tell me google hasn’t sent you 5 emails reminding you to do this I’m a multi business owner and would know. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I had the worst pizza purchase experience ever at this establishment. Filled out a survey and no response from management. So.. put in an online order at 6:30 and said it would be ready in 35 minutes. Ok fine. Done some grocery shopping and arrived are 7:30. Called to say im outside and they lady said they are behind as it would be a minute. Alrighty. Waited 20 minutes and called again.. the gentleman said he didn't know i was outside and would bring it out. 5 mins passed. He looked around and went back inside. Called the store because I wanted the Herb Cheese Blend jar with my pizza and there was No way to order a jar online to be delivered with my pizza. I spoke to the manager(female-don’t recall her name)who told me I could come in and buy one and I told her I ordered it delivered because we were sick and Papa Murphy’s needed to find a way to enable the ability to order it with your pizza. I want to say “Thank You!” to the manager who was nice enough to send a little of the cheese blend in a small condiment cup for me. She certainly had “Customer Satisfaction “ as a priority which is greatly appreciated.
