If possible I would give this facility a negative rating as is very much deserves. This place is highly prejudiced and the staff as well as the providers are very unprofessional. Instead of helping theyâll instead use anything that could be used to assist you against you and when that doesnât work in their favor they will just flat out make up lies. If you try to defend yourself they will make it seem as if youâre the problem when that is not even the case. The providers and other staff members can talk to you in a derogatory manner but when you speak on it then youâre placed on their radar which is nothing but REPRISAL at its finest! From the moment I first walked into this place it has been terrible and has went to from just terrible to even more than terrible! Do not think that if you have a problem or problems with your quality of care that the patient advocate is going to help you because all theyâre going to do is defend the doctor(s) even when theyâre blatantly wrong! The providers and the staff can speak to and do you any type of way they see fit and these matters get ignored when reported but theyâll turn an ant hill into a whole mountain if they make claim that youâre a disruption. This facility uses more of its resources against the veterans than it does to actually helping them. Itâs sad that veterans that go to seek help get a bunch of backlash when speaking out against not getting the quality of care that they need...
Read moreAvoid Dr Terrell & Dr Colwell. Extensive negligence has lead to nerve damage to my left side. Including my heart, limbs and face.
I had to file a Congressional Inquiry to go to see a GI. Who diagnosed Gallbladder attacks I had been having for four years straight. Before and after every single meal.
During those four years, I was informed that it was all in my head and to seek Mental Health. Now they are claiming the nerve damage is all in my head even after being diagnosed as the reason for my Gallbladder removal.
A letter from Medical Center Director Dean B. Borsos confirms that my gallbladder was removed due to an âunusual neurological symptom patternâ AND that Dr Colwell denied this as a reason for a Neurological consult.
When I spoke to Dr Colwell, he informed me that it was not only in my head, but that I was wasting his and âvaluable patient timeâ by continuing to bring it up.
I have been requesting a sit down with Dr Terrell, Dr Colwell and Dean B. Borsos for weeks now but have been ignored.
Also of note for Dr Colwell: His Nurse Teresa will not only hide messages from Dr Colwell, but will try to make diagnosis on her own. She is not however a Doctor.
If you value your loved ones: Avoid these Doctors...
