Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Knoxville

I really enjoyed this casual Mexican restaurant that I consider a step up and great contribution to fast food restaurants. Salsarita's style is to order you food over the counter; you add your own choices of all the ingredients for your order. The food is very fresh and delicious.

I ordered a Carnitas taco in a soft floor tortilla (they also order hard shell). I tell the food server what ingredients I would prefer in my taco as we move forward the counter. They have a generous selection of meat, cheeses, veggies, and sauces (much more). I ordered my taco with lettuce, tomato, cheese, cilantro and their delicious mild sauce.

The service was very good and I like the no waiting.

The place is meticulously clean and the interior is colorful.

I will be going back for more of their delicious food. See you there!

This by far is the worst salsarits hands down!! First off me and my husband walk in and the people are rude inconsiderate. We walk up get our order took than proceed and so the manger maybe or manger want to be is rude acting as if I was trying not to pay for everything that's I was down to the sample size rice proceed to pay and get out of husband's way so he can fished with his order I tell the lady what I get and what he is getting the manger want a be the whole time make sure she pays and it came out his mouth 3 or 4 times I pay and than as we are walking away from the register noticed he didn't get his chips I turn to ask about was told he didn't order chips so I say no biggie I will pay for an order to be charged 5.00 which is still fine but our food was cold and probably the worst meat I have ever eat on top of the dead fly in the shread chesse but i will...

Horrible horrible staff would not apply here absolutely no training done properly especially for shift leads and that is very important for new hires too cliquey and if you try to report any problem to the management you WILL GET FIRED those nasty workers need a realality check. Definitely read this before applying I was fired after 3 days of horrible training by a 17 year old who is disrespectful while at the same time being managed by a lier and the other heavy set manager who is just a lier the size of her body thank you for reading this... I'm not persecuting salarita or shunning people who eat here, but I promise you one thing do not waist your time and apply I hope y'all have a blessed day.
