EDIT: While I LOVE the food quality here, unfortunately I can't say the same about the service. I don't know if it's an issue of incompetence or communication (because they refuse to update their drive-thru machine), but the last FIVE times we've been here, our orders have been completely botched. And it's not always easy to check at the window whether it's correct because the way they wrap their food.
They really need a new order mic that's higher up because they can never hear you, even with the engine shut off. Furthermore, it doesn't show your order, so you can't verify its correct. For what they charge (comparative for fast food), I'm sure the owner can spring for this...it would make the life of their customers and the poor employees a hell of a lot better.
For whatever reason they don't seem to understand "egg and cheese, no meat" - having to repeat myself a million times. It's not a hard concept to grasp. And still, they somehow get it wrong. Usually just bread and egg, or in one instance, cheese and bread. And once on the croissant instead of toast, meaning you're paying more and NOT getting what you paid for. We've been shorted on mozzarella sticks (again, paid for 8, was given 6), and been sent without the included sauces. And my roommate says "no pickles" EVERY time, but ALWAYS ends up with them! It's so frustrating and I'm getting pretty disillusioned with the place. I mean, for a business that prides themselves on giving a receipt with every order, you'd think they'd take the time to check it for accuracy. Especially because the wait is FAR longer than any other fast food. That used to be acceptable to us when they used to get the order correct, but this establishment is really going downhill.
Also, don't believe the Google listings about their schedule, because it's completely wrong. We got late night munchies once, drove ALL THE WAY there because it said it was open, only to find they close way earlier. Lame.

I placed my order via the mobile app..arrived in 10 minutes and checked in. 20 minutes later I finally received my order and one of the burgers was made wrong. I pushed the button and the evening assistant manager (a young lady with brown hair) said she would send my carhop out and cut me off. I waited and watched the car hop take out 2 more orders. I pushed the button again. Again the manager was Curt and cut me off...finally the carhop came out and I told her to have the manager come out. She comes out and I show her the receipt and explain I waited 30 minutes on a mobile order and it was wrong..she proceeded to dismiss it and blame me saying I typed it in wrong....THE RECEIPT WAS CORRECT!!!!!!! I told her I wanted it remade and she snatched the sandwich out of my hand and I said I wanted to keep it till I got the correct one. She said she was required to throw it away. I do not believe her I believe she would have adulterated my sandwich or is it just put what was missing on it and tried to give it back to me. She was bound and determined to not apologize and blame me for their mistake. So I gave her the entire order back and told her I wanted a refund and she took it and said I would get one and I demanded a receipt. when she brought it back I told her she was the rudest manager I've ever met.. her response was have a nice day.

Read moreUPDATE 08/19/22: This location gets worse with every visit. I can't say we plan to go back anymore. We ordered ahead so we could just grab and go, but still ended up waiting 20min. Our "soft " pretzel was hard, shake was pure liquid with a clump of melted whipped cream floating in it, and iced coffee was just cold coffee flavored water. My daughter got a chicken tender kids meal with tots and juice box. The juice was warm, the tots were overcooked but cold, and what was supposed to be chicken tenders were just crunchy bits of what looked like maybe old popcorn chicken. My coney dog was burned and fries were thin and hard like they were cooked days ahead. The one positive thing was that they actually had the kids meal toys that were advertised, for once. Major disappointment.
(Old review) Food is as expected...pretty good... The lady that took our order was kind of pushy and short with us, but the one that delivered it to our car was really nice and friendly.
(Old Update:) staff was pretty nice, but they were out of kids meal toys the past 3 times we went. There should have been a sign or something because we all know 90% of the time kids want the toy more than the food.
