Worst customer experience ever from this store. "Mary" was very short with me at every turn and argumentative. I Called in my order and the excuses started to flow that the computer was down and she was unable to take my order. I informed her that there was pen and paper invented before computers so she then started to take my order. After getting to the store the computer was frozen. Had to wait for it to come back up also the credit card machine went down so customers had to leave who didn't have cash. As the computer was rebooting she made the next guests meal... Understandable. After the computer came back up she cashed them out... After cashing out 3 different customers as I stood there waiting with patients she finally cashed me out. After receiving my change she washed her hands and started helping the next customer... While I waited for my receipt. After she figured out that I hadn't left she asked if there was anything else I needed... Ya... My receipt. She printed it out and gave it to me with no have a nice day which I know is in the handbook. Had a meatball sub and when I got home I find out that she served me bernt meatballs... Never... EVER going back!! If I could give it negative stars it would be a -5 where do you find these people...

The last (and final) time I went to this location, 4 nights ago, they had no bread other than wheat, no meatballs and no lettuce. The female employee was so rude that 3 different people walked out. She kept one man waiting for atleast 15 mins after making his food. Instead of allowing him to pay and leave, she started making the next persons order and left him standing there. He finally just left more than enough money and walked out. She took the extra cash and walked to the back to put the rest in her purse before serving anyone else. (!!!!)
Seriously, Subway?
This is by far the worst location I've ever visited. I highly suggest the Emory Rd. Location instead. Even if the drive is further, your total time spent will be less due to better customer service.
ALSO- the Emory Rd location actually answers their phone unlike this one. I asked an employee about this once and he said "They unplugged the phone months ago." So, apparently this location does not cater. False advertisement and total lack of basic respect for...
Read moreTHIS store closes EVERY NIGHT between 10:30 and 10:35, NOT 11:PM as posted on the door and internet!!! So if you can't get there by about 10:20 to be safe then plan to go somewhere else. When I called the girl that was working at 10:40 she told me her clock read 11:17....wonder what planet she is from??? She didn't even have the guts to look at who was knocking on the door! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Arby's was very HAPPY to get our business (across the street) and said Subway did this EVERY night. I feel like if your hours post you closing at 11PM, then if you haven't had a single customer for an hour, or even two, and one walks in at 10:59PM that customer SHOULD BE SERVED AS IF YOU JUST OPENED!!!!! Your employees are the worst.....she had a very smart mouth even though I was nice to her...wonder if the owners care? We're going to find out tomorrow!
