Good store. very good store. They have what what I need about 95% of the time. Now the self scan is another thing. They have a a lady named Yolanda that works there. It becomes a mess when she's there. She don't know if it's cash or credit lines. Then she asked me a few times if I paid for something because my balance was so low and I had a lot in my buggy. She basically called me a thief. I told her to look at the screen I had used my card for some of it. They've have to suspend my order many times. They've taken me to a register and rerrang my order again. Count the register out. Look at the coupons. All of this because the register grabbed 2 extra $20.00 of mine. Once they took me over to rering my order. They did everything in the buggy. Then charged me $11. and some change I even got the manager over and she agreed with the the worker. I went through my list item by item. I asked her how that was possible. She said oh it was the way the self scan works and I can't give you that back. As we turned to walk away they started to giggle. When my husband looked back. They both had a $10 and was sticking it away. I only go there because they have what I like. It's ok clean. It's convenient. They have a gentleman John ( he's from South Africa) he is one awesome man, hard worker, and everyone than comes into contact with him is Blessed with his gentle, sweet, kindness. I come here at least once a week. Sometimes more. Got an office max at one end and super Walmart at the other. Marshalls and 5 below in between as well as a Chinese place thats been there forever and is, indeed, quite good for Chinese buffet. Other food places are McD's and taco bell. More food choices near here are Hardee's, burger King, firehouse subs, Chick-fil-A, mcCalisters, sonic, a buffet place?, and a pizza place. Cant remember the buffet and pizza place name.

This is also the last stop on the line for Knoxville city buses so they turn around here to head back in to the city.

Always more than enough parking. It is clean and can be quite busy. If there's not enough at northwest crossing you can find more across Clinton hwy 25w and on callahan/Schaad rd. There are a few homeless that hang out here but the business owners have low tolerance as they seem to bother some paying customers. Other than that the place...

I like Ross but the cashiers are disrespectful and have zero customer courtesy, I walked straight to the cashiers counter where the only cashier was working ,after I'd stood in line once but walked outta the line to look at other things,since the line was long and I wasn't in a hurry, but after the line was gone I went back to checkout and the same cashier informed me I came the wrong way and directed me to stand back in the line, coming from her left, as a customer was pushing her cart up to the front ,I sat my things down and told her how wrong she was, when no one was up front to check out, in any direction ,and the first time i stood in line, I was directly in front of her.
