Subway — Restaurant in Knoxville

I've been avoiding this Subway because of the reviews, but I finally decided to check it out for myself, and it's become my new regular spot (instead of cedar bluff).

Good food and service. It's one of the few subways I've been to that doesn't serve out of date slop (middlebrook the mall or Walmart, for example). They also weren't shy with the portions, which was a nice surprise. The kid working there is my favorite, He makes a mean sandwich, but the wiser looking lady isn't half bad either.

I've never had much of a wait despite them being understaffed (mostly due to it being a slow location, but the staff is pretty quick regardless).

It is attached to a gas station, so it can be sketchy at times, but I've never been seriously worried.

Caitlyn Lux the manager there is completely unprofessional. I go to this subway during my lunch break throughout the week and she is the most rude individual I have ever seen. She talks down to her employees, yells at them over silly things, and every time she gets a decent worker in that building she runs them off. I came in 11/15/2017 for lunch and I was instantly met with hostility because I interrupted her phone call. Well excuse me for you working at a business and me being a customer that wanted what you were selling lady. Then when I asked where her helper that I enjoyed making my sandwiches went, she said she had quit and then bragged that she made her leave. Please don't order here. I placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got there they informed me they could not make a wrap because they were out of wraps to make them. I asked the employee to cancel my order and she acted like she did. I still got charged and have no refund to this day. My purchase was through the app. They stole $13 from me. I called their local store office and explained my situation. They said the regional manager would call to fix it. They never called. I called again two days later and got the same response and still no one called. Subway is 3rd or 4th rate compared to other sandwich shops. I quit buying Subway from this store and all others at this point. I'd rather eat anything than Subway. They are overpriced without a huge coupon and not worth...
