Wendy's — Restaurant in Knoxville

Went there around 7:30 am on Monday 7-19 and was ordering food and noticed 2 out of 4 signs were turned to breakfast and that one of them with the frosty-cinno and like the oatmeal bar and the little options like the sausage burrito were still flipped towards the street and that the dinner sides were facing me and she very condescendingly told me that all the breakfast signs were flipped correctly and that the dinner sides stayed that way… okay I go to Wendy’s breakfast once a week because I’m pregnant and like the breakfast baconnators so I know the lemonade sign doesn’t flip but that the dinner sides were supposed to be.. I very nicely was just trying to tell her that I couldn’t see half the menu and she assured me that I could even though I’m literally sitting in drive looking at the dinner sides and she just was so sure of herself and sure that I was the one that was wrong without even going to check it and was lowkey rude about it. My guess was she was the one that changed the signs that morning and forgot about one of them and is one of those people that can’t be wrong about it. I could also tell she was talking about how I was “wrong” about the signs because the cook put his head around the corner to see what I looked like after she appeared back with my food, I work in food service and know how these...

I rarely give negative reviews, but the service we received today at this particular Wendy's was just ridiculous. We had to repeat our order multiple times. I can't eat bread, so I ordered a Bacon double stack with no bun and a sour cream and chive baked potato. My husband ordered a 4 for $4 with a double stack no onions or pickle. We also asked for ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper. I was given two forks (no knife) to attempt to eat my bunless food. We were given two pepper pacers, and two each ketchup mustard and mayo... No salt at all, and my husband's burger had onions and pickle. The worst part was there were so many chives on my potato that it was completely green! There was a ¼ layer of chives covering the entire top and sides. It was insane. I'd already a bad day up to that point, so I didn't go back in to complain, I didn't want to explode all over the staff more than was justified. But I can tell you that it will be a long time before we order from that location again. If we ever do. The only reason I gave it as many stars as I did was because the burgers were good, as usual. But...

This experience was atrocious. The energy was negative, hellish. The food was fake. The yellow slices that were being passed off as cheese were rubbery and tasteless. The “chicken” was microwaved. The salads had very little lettuce and the tomatoes looked and smelled rotten. The staff was pitiful. Some looked dirty and others wouldn’t speak English. The “manager” was Satan and permeated misery. There was an employee with headphones on that wanted to look clueless, mindlessly wiping the outsides of the trash cans. The restrooms were squalid and smelled bad. There was a bully manager that wanted to be called a she that’s not even human. The dining room, that’s in the 1990’s, was a good size, but barren. Wherever I go, it’s non stop traffic. There’s too many demons in bodies that just take up space. They chose to lie to Me and disrespect Me instead of verbally acknowledging that I’m The Gift. My Energy and Physical Presence will not be giving this...
