Let me start by saying that if I could I would give zero stars. My family and I just came through the drive thru. We paid with a hundred dollar bill. As we went to leave we noticed that they shorted us ten dollars. So we pulled back around and I went in and asked to speak to the manager on duty. I explained the situation to her and she was immediately rude with me. That she was very busy and would have to count the register down. She walked over to the register and in less than one minute told me she had counted it down and it was correct. I have been a cashier for multiple years and there is zero possibility that she was able to count the register down that quickly. I told her that there was no way possible that she could have counted that down that fast. She then stated that she was the one that gave us the change and there was no way that she made a mistake. I had the change in my hand and told her she was more than welcome to count it. As I was still speaking she walked over to the register and slung it open and jerked a ten out and came back and handed it to me. Yet again I was talked to like trash. As I was still speaking she walked away. I asked the young man working her name. Debra. And I asked for whoever name was over her. At that point she walked over and took the pen out of the guys hand who was writing it down and wrote her name down and smarted off to me again. I told her that if I was going to say she shorted me it would have been far more than ten dollars. I told her that I have never in my life been spoken to like that. She said I was wrong that she had apologized to me and said thank you. I said no ma'am you did not and that I didn't appreciate her rudeness and attitude and acting as if I was trying to steal from them. Once again she walked off.    Read moreI pulled up to the Wendy's drive thru at 7:00 PM. They didn't take my order until 7:09, so I was sitting there waiting for somebody to take my order for 9 minutes. I ordered a Baconator combo, a #2, with a medium fry, a 6 piece nugget with honey mustard sauce, and a Large Vanilla Coke with lite ice. The person at the window gave me a regular coke with extra ice it looked like. They then took my money...$17.03, and had me pull my car next to two other vehicles to wait for my order. I sat waiting for my order for 21 minutes. (By the time I got out of there, my clock had just hit 7:21.) Throughout the time of waiting, somebody came to my window and asked me "Did you order the baconator fries and two sandwiches?" I said "no. I ordered a baconator combo with fries and a 6 piece nugget." He said okay and walked away to give that food to whoever ordered it. The truck pulled away. Another employee came out and went to the other car besides mine and handed them a sandwich, fry, and a nugget. I know this, because the employee told the driver to "be careful because the nuggets are hot". Then, a little while later, the employee came out to my car and asked me "Did you order a double and a medium fry?" Seriously people? I just told you what I ordered recently! I repeated myself. I said "no. I ordered a baconator, medium fry, and a six piece nugget with honey mustard sauce." He looked annoyed and told me to hang on. He went back inside. A few minutes later, another employee came out to my car and handed me a bag and said "here you go". I asked for a straw and he got me one. I then left and came home. What was in my bag was a Dave's Double with bacon added to it (it had two patties, one piece of cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions...not a baconator) and a medium fry. No nuggets. No baconator. I paid $17.03 for my order and the only thing they got right...
   Read moreOrdered through door dash tonight at around 9:10 pm. It gets assigned to a driver and they arrive at Wendyâs around 12 minutes after my order was placed. They wait 25 minutes on my order and then decide they donât want wait anymore and leave. It then gets assigned to another dasher. Itâs already been around 40 minutes since I placed my order. This dasher lives 25 minutes from the store I ordered from. They get to Wendyâs they then wait around another 15 minutes on my order. They finally around an hour and a half after I order get to my house. At this point itâs almost 11pm. I get the food in the house the 3 drinks I ordered are completely hot. I am missing well over half of what I ordered and what I did get delivered was so cold and nasty you couldnât eat it. At this point I was pretty upset as I had hungry kids. I call door dash which was where it was delivered from, I canât get anyone on the phone. I then try calling Wendyâs 5 times and no one ever answers the phone. So I pack the food and drinks up and I take it back to Wendyâs. Drive thru is open I pull up to the window and the manager comes to the window and I explain the situation to him. They are already closed inside so he has me park and says he will make my food over, fresh. He writes down everything I ordered. They remake my food and drinks. I get home and am still missing some of the food I had ordered even after he wrote it down. What I did get was old, cold and nasty and we couldnât eat it. So I was out the $30 for food plus the driver tip plus the delivery fee and my gas and time for going to the store myself . Of course it was all blamed on the door dash driver, but the bags were still sealed with Wendyâs stickers so there is no way the driver took the food. So lesson learned do not ever visit...
