Smoothie King — Restaurant in Kokomo

My office had a huge order this past Friday and several items were made incorrectly. My item was one and it was my first time ever ordering from here. I had a beri goji getaway bowl no honey add choc drizzle and granola.....there was ZERO granola on it and when the lady who placed the order came to the location to mention it amongst all the other things that were made wrong she was told it was there. Im here to tell you i paid 15 dollars and my bowl was WRONG! AND FOR A CUSTOMER TO COME IN AFTER ORDERING OVER $200 WORTH OF ITEMS, SEVERAL OF WHICH WERE INCORRECT, TO BE TOLD "IT WAS THERE" (FOR MY ITEM IN PARTICULAR...GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY SAID BOUT OTHER ITEMS) IS JUST RIDICULOUS.....THE STICKER ON MY BOWL EVEN SAID "ADD GRANOLA" BUT THERE WAS NONE.....It was my first AND last time ordering. I refuse to get anything from a place who doesn't double check their work and has poor customer service.......i should've checked these reviews because it is CLEAR customer service is a huge problem that keeps getting apologized for but obviously...

This place has potential to be great, but there are numerous issues with this specific location. The service is extremely slow, this could be due to it being so new so this is more forgiving. However, the 2 times I have been there, the employee that was running the drive through can barely speak any English and orders get lost in translation. I ordered 3 different flavored smoothies, all medium sizes. I get to the window for checkout and my order was nearly $30, they had made us 3 large smoothies instead. I could have fought this issue but the 2 people I was with were okay with having larges. One of the 3 smoothies was made improperly as well, my wife ordered a snickerdoodle smoothie and it was completely loaded with banana flavor which is not supposed to be there. If the employees could understand English a little bit better, and made the smoothies properly, this place could have potential. But the last and perhaps most overwhelming issue is just the cost of these smoothies. $8-$10 for one smoothie is...

First time customer. I noticed it was quiet they definitely could play some inviting music while customers wait but Service was Great nonetheless. The gentleman at the register didn’t ask if it was my first time an what he would recommend for a first try to really hook me but he didn’t try to rush me or try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need so I commend him for that but he was very friendly definitely would recommend that in the future the cashier/Server ask if it’s someone’s first time there also recommend their favorite Bowl or smoothie as to better connect with people . I was able to I was able to watch them make it and I noticed how everything was fresh was done with precision and after the first Bite of the Bee berry sting I was in Love!!! it was so good and light for a healthy start to my day and I had the Apple kiwi kale smoothie and you could taste the freshness and how refreshing it was …I’m Definitely sold an will be a returning customer Thank you Keep up the...
