Pizza King Kokomo - South — Restaurant in Kokomo

I live out of town and always love coming to town and getting a Pizza King pizza but the one today was burnt around the outside pieces that I couldn’t enjoy it. I called in and spoke to Cas the assistant manager who was willing to do an immediate remake or take my name for another time. People make mistakes but these days they aren’t willing to right the wrong but Cas did and I will get the remake tomorrow for lunch. Most companies don’t do this anymore as I am a little disappointed tonight I am happy that this company still does the right thing and this is one of the reason they are one of my favorite places. Hopefully tomorrow’s pie will be like what I’m use to.

My girlfriend and i ordered a pizza with extra sauce and the worker must have not heard it because driest pizza ever. So she called to have it replaced and they did but then had an attitude when it came to actually replacing it. When she came it they handed it to her and before she could say thank you and tip the worker who took the order made sure to let her know that he didn’t ring in extra sauce and was rude. insinuating we never said that as if we are just trying to get free food. I grew up eating Freds pizza from the 1980s till he passed. Our family was sorta friends with Fred (my dad went to school with him) and we ordered several pizzas every single Fri. We would call and Fred would know who was on the other phone and would say see ya in 20-30 mins no ordering involved. After Fred passed this place went downhill real quick.
