Wingstop — Restaurant in Kokomo

SO WE CAME BACK AND WAS EXCITED TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE LIKE LAST TIME... NOPE NOOOT AT ALL... THE LEMON PEPPER WAS SOO DISCUSTING...IT TASTE LIKE DISH SOAP WAS ON THE WINGS WITH LEMON. I ASKED TO HAVE MY WINGS FRIED HARD..NOPE THEY WERE WET AND SOGGY!! I KNOW THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER SAID HE WAS NEW. I THINK HE FORGOT TO LET THEM KNOW TO MAKE THEM FRIED HARD. ONCE I NOTICED THE ORDER WAS ALL BAD I CALLED THE NUMBER WAS ON HOLD LITERALLY 17 MI. BEFORE SOMEONE PICKED UP MY CALL. THE GUY EXPLAINED HE HAD TO TRANSFER ME TO SOMEONE WHO HANDLE THIS. I WAS TRANSFERED AND LITERALLY WAS ON HOLD FOR 22 MIN BEFORE I REALIZED IT. I HING UP AND TRIED AGAIN. I HAVE BLUETOOTH SO I DIDNT HOLD THE PHONE. ANOTHER 19MIN. I HUNG UP. THIS IS CRAINESS

This was my first time eating here. My friend treated my daughter and I. I was not happy with the way they placed my daughter chicken and my chicken I Same box. We ordered 3 combo deals. One original hot clasic wings and one garlic Parmesan classic wings and one boneless garlic Parmesan. The Hot and Parmesan were in the same box I had to remove the wings and find something to put them in to give to my daughter. Being that she was eating dinner separately. The fries were stacked on tip of one another with in open dine in paper trays inside the bag they were not fried crisy they were kinda limp. The cup they gave us had to put our drinks in had hair in it. I had 8 piece but they gave me 6 drums and to flats!🤦🏾‍♀️ could have given me half of each. First, the good. The ranch is always good and is as good as I remember. The wings were juicy and tender.

Now the bad. I've been to a bunch of wingstop locations in various states and unfortunately, this one left a lot to be desired. Everything was under seasoned.

Fries were overcooked and way too crispy. They also tasted like they had been cooked in the wrong oil? They tasted slightly like lemon pepper. They were also more on the black/brown side rather than the golden brown that I am used to at other wingstop locations.

The boneless wings we ordered were all juicy and tender but the lemon pepper wings (which are my favorite usually) were plain with barely a hint of lemon pepper. All 20 wings were stuffed in one container and while I understand saving boxes and not being wasteful but the lid barely closed. And like I mentioned before, underseasoned.

There was staff there, which is really all I can say. They didn't greet you when you walked in or when you stood at the counter and I found that if I didn't say anything, the conversation would have been over. No thank you, have a nice day, here's your food, or anything else.

I have eaten here two times and both times I have had an issue. The first time they give you your food in a paper bag. That is not reasonable for the fact that when they put sauce on the wings and the sauce runs out of the container it is in and down the side of the bag and bottom of the bag. They expect you to put it in your vehicle so the sauce can get all over your vehicle. They do not give out plastic bags for the food. The second time was worse. They ran out of CO2 for the fountain drinks( that is understandable and happens) but they were giving people the choice of root beer or lemonade as a replacement because they said the can't give refunds. Then they told me since I had already purchased the drinks I can come back on Tuesday when they get the CO2 in. The sad thing is we want drinks with our food not later and this was on Saturday...
