I would give negative stars to the Kuna location if I could. Normally my family loves panda express, but the 2 chances I have given the Kuna location, it has cost me more than just money. The 1st time I went through the drive through and they told me that they were cooking 1 of the items and it would be about 10 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and watched people walking in getting food before me. When I went in I saw them giving out the same food that I was waiting for and called them out for it before they finally filled my order. Tonight I took my wife in to grab some dinner and all of the food was awful. The rice was dry, the noodles were not cooked all of the way, I had a bone in my chicken, the fire chicken was overcooked and dry, the spring rolls and the crab Rangoon were still doughy, and the vegetables were all soggy. I pulled on the door and knocked to get some guidance on my order. The staff member would not look up or address me. I then went through the drive thru and waited 35+ minutes to pick up my food. I had to request my food be remade as it was sitting for over 35 minutes. I spoke to the manager and was greeted by rudeness. She did not apologize for my issues and did not offer any type of resolution. She stated they were remaking my food but that was per my request not something she offered. Read moreI’m giving rating solely due to customer service. Kayla was very rude. She seemed annoyed when I told her we weren’t ready since I was waiting for my daughter to choose what she wanted. Mind you, it wasn’t busy in the lobby, and nobody was behind us. When I gave her my order, the serving was clearly smaller compared to the other orders my wife placed after mine. At checkout, I gave her a coupon my daughter received from her school which provided a free kids meal, and politely asked if they still give military discounts. She said she can’t do it due to the coupon already being applied. She then mentioned after she had already charged me that she could’ve done it on a separate transaction.
