My husband and I have eaten here 3 times. The service has been pretty horrible every time, but I know how hard it’s been for people to even find staff so I know not to expect much when I’m out to eat. The first time we went we sat at the bar. The bartender wasnt great. It took a while for us to even be acknowledged. They have more barstools at the bar than they do room at the bar so everyone is squished in and taking one another’s space. It’s hard to eat comfortably up there. I’m small too so I can’t imagine a bigger person trying to sit and eat at the bar. The martinis are extremely overpriced. They essentially charge $16 for a shot of gray goose and a bunch of juice and mixers. Not great but I guess to be expected at a beach tourist spot. There are a lot of over priced places out there but this is on the top of the list for sure. Some of their pricing is just laughable honestly. The food was good. The salad they bring out is very nice. Bread is good too. We had the lasagna and the cheese ravioli. We were not offered dessert menus. Mainly this round service was the only bad thing. The second time we ate here we got a table. The food wasn’t great this time around. The lasagna was so salty. It was like you needed to chug water after every few bites. Different day different chef I guess. The salad is still good tho. Our server was the absolute worst. She was rude and just never around. After she gave us our food she checked on us a few minutes later and we didn’t see her again until we finally asked the bar tender if she could get our server so we could pay our tab (at least 15-20 min had passed) we would have liked to get dessert but she took so long we didn’t want to be there anymore plus by then it was 9 and they were closed. So no dessert again. Do they even have dessert? I’ll never know. Our final time and it will be our final time ever going there we sat for 11 minutes without ever being acknowledged. After the first 8 my husband wanted to ask the hostess if our server knew we were there but I said let’s just wait a few more minutes. Finally we realized no one was ever coming. I asked the hostess and she looked at me like I was an idiot for asking why no one had come to our table yet but said she’d make sure the server knew we were there. A few more minutes went by and still no one so we left. The food is overpriced for what it is anyway. It’s $20 if you just want a bowl of pasta and sauce. I realize this is one of the few nicer restaurants on the beach and the only Italian place so people will want to come here but honestly it’s not worth the money. Service is awful, the food is inconsistent and the way they smash seats in there makes it feel like you’re sitting with the table next to you. I don’t recommend eating here. There are many other better restaurants out...
Read moreWe had a party of 7. Exceptional service. No lagging in drink refills or mistakes in anyone's orders. The food was exquisite! We experienced appetizers stuffed mushrooms, calamari, and cheese sticks. ALL delicious. 🍸 Martini menu was large, and we enjoyed several different ones. ALL delicious and made strong. Salad before meal was superb, fresh greens, picked beets, garbanzo beans, fresh cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, cauliflower, so many different texture mixed with the house dressing which is a one of a kind experience. Everyone envied not having the recipe. Our main courses were all highly anticipated by this time and certainly did not disappoint. Apple walnut pork chops, chicken parm, Ribeye James style, chicken Alfredo, chicken marsala, and all enormous portions. Pasta was handmade, and sauces were rich and flavorful. Steak and porkchops were juicy and cooked to perfect temperature. Everyone could not be more delighted in their choice of main course. It was difficult to, however, to make the decision to box up the remainder of our delicious plates before us to leave room for dessert. We all agreed that we must have the FULL experience of this wonderful place. We ordered terimisu, cheese cake, canoli, peanut butter chocolate cake, and lemon cello cake with, of course, black coffee. There were no regrets at that moment as the desserts melted in our mouths. And we were validated in our previous decision. The coffee was rich and the best brew I've received in a restaurant in a very long time. There were absolutely no issues that could be considered negative in this beautiful experience. One of our meals was delayed coming out, but it was comped on our ticket. Our waiter, who is originally from Jersey, was friendly and prompt. He conversated and offered suggestions on the menu and desserts that were not on the menu. (Big Score).
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great adult family dinner or date night.

Read moreVisited over 4th of July weekend. The food was delicious but the service leaves little to be deserved. Apparently you can make reservations which is only posted on their front door so people who are new to the restaurant would never know unless they happen to walk by the restaurant. However it is a very small restaurant so the chances of actually getting a reservation during your stay is little to none. Someone mentioned they tried to get reservations for any day during their trip in February and they had been booked for 2 weeks prior. The bar is first come first serve. They say not to stand up their and wait by the bar for a seat however they didn't keep people from doing exactly that. We listened and did what we were told and waited paitently outside. However, they allowed two parties to jump the line ahead of us and grab seats first. So we waited up at the bar like everyone else because we didn't want to lose our spot again. They thought it a good idea to say something, not while ALL of us were standing up there but after the two parties sat and we were the only ones standing. Then we were told to come back instead of waiting by the bar. So after protesting and explaining the situation they offered a table that wasn't going to be sat for 30 mins. We couldn't actually eat there though because we didn't have a reservation. Apparently A TABLE IS ONLY FOR THOSE WITH A RESERVATION. Make no sense that a restaurant makes reservations and has them spaced out in a way you have an empty table for 30mins...might as well burn money while you're at it. We could have order our food and been out but instead we were forced to wait for a bar spot. Needless to say we were embarrassed by how all this was handled and they need to revise that policy or allow online reservations...I mean we are in the 21st century now and you think it's a good idea then execute it...
