Hello, I was here at 6:45 am. I would like to say the small young lady with brown hair was very rude . If she is unhappy at her job then she needs to quit. If she is not a morning person then she needs to move shifts. During our conversation she mentioned that she works there all day. So that might be a clear indicator that she is working to much that she can not handle .

The situation. I am a door dasher. I went through the drive through like normally , as the entrance says come through for DIGITAL orders. When I pulled up to the window , there was a young woman with blonde hair whom stuttered with ugh ugh and turned to the brunette headed girl asking if they do that . Well I mentioned I come through here often . As a respectful human I am , I said okay I will come in to get it .

Mind you I am a 30 year old woman with a toddler. I got laid off , so I am doing this for Income.

So , I go inside. I let the Burnette headed girl , I was like "Hey I always go through the drive through, and I've never been told to go inside." She then states "Well I'm here all the time and no one has ever done that for years ". I said " No that's not true because I literally come through the drive thru all the time no problem. So who ever is doing it you need to let them Know.

Again . The small girl with burnette hair gave me a mean rude smirk telling me that was impossible and cutting me off while I speak.

Over all have validation in my Door Dash App that I do come to this coffee shop. And I can reassure you that I always go thru the Drive thru. And for the fact she did not want to even listen me and disregarded me that I'm a dasher was completely rude .

I told my customer that the lady was rude and if they want to order again or come here to be mindful of the service here .

I will also be informing other customers who order here to be mindful of the service is not the greatest .

I am not sure what her problem was . When I was walking out , she was commenting to the other employees . I even sat in my car and watched them all stare at me like like I was some wierd person.

Again, I do come here often for door dash.Have never been told to come in. I respected and came in to get the order . When I was only trying to let them know what happens when I do , they tried telling me I was wrong and lying . As an employee you should never say the customer or tell another person is wrong . Especially when I am a worker who picks up and delivers the items for your business . Let alone giving me smirks and being rude at 6:45 am CT in the morning is...

I enjoy the coffee, it’s just super sugary so i don’t drink it too often. The coffee is what gets the stars. I came to study and work on hw. I don’t mind a moderate noise level but the employees are extremely loud and won’t stop laughing obnoxiously to a point that’s unprofessional. They should be working. I get having fun in the workplace is important, but it’s equally important to be considerate of the people around you. They were laughing extremely loud, every two minutes and super high pitch for whatever reason. Mind you, I am wearing noise cancelling headphones with white noice on full volume AND I STILL HEAR THEIR LAUGHTER. Let’s not ignore the fact that the their voices echo considering it’s a small space with high ceilings. Please management, handle your employees. Discuss professionalism in the workplace. I don’t quite understand this place.

We’ve gone here 4 times now. The first two times in the drive thru, once inside and one pickup order.

They have a drive thru - yes, but you can’t actually order at the menu. The recording says to pull up to the window. Which defeats the purpose of having a drive thru.

The first time we came here, we waited behind 4 cars before we could actually place our order at the window. 23 mins of waiting before actually able to place the order (couldn’t back up because 3 cars were behind us)

Every time we have gone the order is wrong. This includes when at the drive thru and order at the window.

Drinks are kind of pricey for what you get.

Don’t try to order online and pickup in their drive thru. We tried that, even with the drinks right behind barista, she said we have to come inside.
