Crumbl — Restaurant in Kyle

If there were a zero-star option, I would have chosen that. I went into this kyle location hoping to get the one cookie I always look forward to, only to be told I couldn’t purchase it individually because they were sold out of the boxes. Fine. But then I was told I also couldn’t just purchase a 4-cookie box with the cookie I wanted in it. How does it make sense that customers are only allowed to purchase in sets, even when it’s available? That policy is frustrating and unreasonable. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the employee I was already speaking with was the manager. I then asked for a corporate phone number, but was given what she called the “owner’s” number, which turned out not to be real. When I asked for an email address, I was given one that also did not work. To make matters worse, as I left, the other staff members laughed and watched me walk out with smiles on their faces.

This experience was extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. I am requesting a real corporate phone number so I can properly address this concern. I expect better from a brand...

I feel like usually my cookies are warm, but this is the first experience where I can complain about my cookies not being warm and also being overcooked. I’m not sure what it was, but I went for the s'mores today and I took a bite of my cookie while I was still in the parking lot & the cookies were so hard. I went back inside and let them know and I appreciate that they eventually switched it out for me with a FRESH batch but at first, they were kind of arguing with me saying well everything is made fresh and the warmer is usually just below 100° and all of this extra stuff that I simply didn’t ask for because if it came down to it, anyone could taste the cookie if they needed to and see that it was hard and no where near warm. Yes, the cookies are sitting in a warmer so I can appreciate the quickness of the cookies coming out, but they’re not really that fresh because they’re sitting there until someone orders it. So I’m not sure if the problem is with the warmer or if that batch of cookies was simply overcooked but either way my cookies were not warm...

Came in for the first time in Kyle with my free bday cookie to get my 3yr old daughter, and couldn't find it in my app. Stood there waiting for assistance for 5 mins while the employees continued making the cookies. When I did ask for help to use it, they said they couldn't help me if my bday passed. The girl working then just looked at me, even knowing we had never been there. She didn't offer to take my order. I just walked over to the self serve and ordered the cookie. She handed it to me and didn't event smile or say thank you. Maybe she was just not in a good mood or had a lot of cookies to make, but it wasn't a positive experience for me or my family. We may still go elsewhere or just order online. Looks like it should be a fun place to visit if the employee was happy and good with customers. The other family in there didn't get any assistance either.
