The worst experience I've ever had this year with ordering food. The manager was so disrespectful! It was a nasty old man with gray hair. So I say minutes away from this restaurant and I always brag about how much I like it but just the other day I went there and I ordered two beef tacos and two breakfast tacos along with a nacho cheese dip. When I get into the car with my to-go order I open everything to check it because I always check my food. I look at the breakfast tacos and the cook made my tacos and cut up little pieces of fat and mixed it with the eggs and cheese. Yes HE GAVE ME CHUNKS OF FAT LIKE IT WAS MEAT! So when I go back inside and show my food and ask for a refund politely the manager starts arguing with me telling me that the pieces of WHITE pale rectangular disgusting fat that he is NOW squishing around in his hand(SCARED TO EAT HIMSELF)is meat. He keeps repeating that it's meat Patty so I told him to go get me some so I can see and he failed to do so. Even the lady that took my order said I could have gotten sick and that that was not right. But the manager that grown man had the nerve to sit there and argue with me before giving me my refund. I told him he was playing with me and I was about to start going off in the restaurant but he caught my drift. This place is very horrible when they are busy and they do not care about their customers. Customers are supposed to always be right and I will never go to this nasty MF restaurant again. I was even scared to let them remake my tacos because if you can serve me chunks of FAT why TF would I trust you to make me anything else? I will never ever eat at this place again and I am completely disturbed by that nasty old man. How are you going to tell someone who orders sausage egg and cheese tacos before going to work every morning almost that something that looks like Lauren and fat is sausage LOL like I'm stupid or something. Nasty people do not go here if it's busy or be ready to sit down and eat. I even told him if I was sitting down you would have never tried me like that. It's always different when you order food to go because they think you'll just take anything home. If I could give this restaurant zero Stars I would. Do not order to go from this place unless you want fat mixed in your tacos and not a pinch of meat! I was so upset that the cook made my tacos like that that I forgot to take a picture. The food is pretty good, and the value is there, but the service was absolutely awful.

I understand, it's the pandemic and there's a major labor shortage, but the service I received yesterday was as bad as it can get. First, we requested to sit outside, apparently they don't have that well staffed (but they didn't warn us about it), it was a beautiful afternoon so who wouldn't want to be outside. Ten minutes later a waiter finally came out to take our orders. I won't fault the waiter there, but rather the management and/or hostess for not having a system in place to inform the waiters that people are outside. After putting in our order, eventually our appetizers comes out. It was a bit cold as if it had sat for a bit, but more importantly, we didn't have plates or utensils to eat it with. I told the waiter and a few minutes later got plates. a while later, our entrees arrived. They weren't as warm as I'd expect, but okay, the food was good... only we still didn't have any utensils (or napkins for that matter). I let them know and a few minutes later we had utensils. The whole time the waiter kind of treated us as if we were burdening him with these requests. The food was alright aside from being a bit cold, and it came time for the bill. I got the bill, everything looked right. I give my card to the waiter and 5 minutes later I'm given the receipt that shows a total of $15 more than what the bill had said. I immediately noticed, and by now I'm more than a little annoyed. I run inside to find the waiter and he half heartedly appologized. Now, I haven't had to run a credit card system, but they can't be that difficult to use. Especially when you have the bill in your hand that you want to charge. In retrospect I wouldn't have been surprised if the waiter figured he wasn't getting much of a tip decided to try and commit credit card fraud by charging us more and hoping we wouldn't notice. What really annoyed me more than anything though was just the waiters attitude about everything, and how we were the burden for expecting basic service. I've gotten far better service from a...

Truly one of the worst places I have ventured into... unfortunately the lowest I can give is one star.

We were in town and had the bad luck of choosing this location to try. I will harp about the service because it was bad from start to finish. We came in and were seated...10 mins later no one had come by, and that's because they literally had waiters walking right by our table. I spoke to a waitress and asked who was assigned to our table, and she said the waitress might be outside and she'll go look. But she was at least nice enough to take our drinks. 10 mins later, still no waitress. I go and talk to the manager and he says someone should be assigned to us ...and just looked around the place. No apologies to us...just indifference.

The waitress who took our drink order took the initiative to serve us ..kudos to her. She might be the only shining star there. Our food finally arrived about 20 mins later. They offer breakfast all day...my daughter ordered pancakes, rock hard. They tasted like they were made in the morning and maybe microwaved. I ordered a plate with enchiladas and a crispy taco...Yea, maybe crispy one side taco. Somehow one side got stuck to the plate...if you look at the pic, one side was wet and mushy, and the other side was the crispy part. So the food was no saving grace here

Back to the service...after being horribly attended, the manager came and chatted up the table next to us for about 10 mins. Maybe he should've been supervising the tables instead, making sure everyone got served fairly. The waitress who was assigned our area, didn't have the spine to show her face and at least apologize.

And the cherry on top...as a family of 6, we were charged 18% gratuity as a party...for the worst service possible, ha!

Avoid this place...eat at the Subway next door...or at the Whataburger on the corner. This place deserves no...
