If your generous tip is intended to garner better service, a "full" cup of product OR you're hoping for less of the staff's saucer eyed woke attitude at your special request for "whole milk" then you're lying to yourself, the joke's on you! Weeknight staff are completely unaware what appropriate boundaries are in the neighborhood's clientele. Staff members scream as if from the other side of a barn somewhere is a fake "W-E-L-C-O-M-E!!!" and that's only a subtle first clue of what's in store for you. Incredibly inappropriate appearance included frazzled torched unkempt hair, boisterous nonsense conversation amongst one another that I frankly, wish I'd never heard this lifetime. This truly a very savage place in the truest sense of the word. Shareholders, are you good with your customers being mistreated at your shops? An overpriced less than full cup of hot beverage without any microfoam, zero etiquette, inappropriate chatter amongst loud staff in this tiny shop.. don't waste your money on the unforgivable abuse. Special note to management: an apology at this point proves you've no business managing this brand so no, an apology is unacceptable for not doing the job you were...
Read moreI’ve never been to a Starbucks with the most disgusting barista. My little nephew wanted a hot chocolate. The guy who took our order was very cool. Tall hot chocolate with no whip. Kids temp. When Brittney made it, the hot chocolate was all over the lid. I asked for a new lid. When I took it off there was a huge wad of whip stuck in the lid. I asked her what was it. She said super rude it looked like whip cream. I looked on the cup and I said oh we asked for no whip. Which was on the cup. Her response… “well it looks like it’s all in the lid anyways. I didn’t read the cup.” She asked if he wanted a new one. Ummm…yes please… with no whip please. Made another one with the lid again on the outside covered in hot chocolate. Placed it on the counter and started cackling. I’ve always had the best experiences with Starbucks. Every single one has had the kindest servers. In every state I’ve ever been to. Brittney was so disgusting to do that to a 7 yr old kids...
Read moreMade my day So, I go to Starbucks almost every day. My routine is I go to the counter, order a tall black coffee, and a venti ice water, then as they work on my order I walk over to where they have the milks and napkins, and I grab about seven napkins. Then I walk back to the counter and while I hold the napkins spread out on my palm I hold out my hand as the barista gently lowers the mug unto my palm. The reason I do that is if I spill the coffee on my way to my favor table, If I spill the coffee will be caught by the napkins and won’t spill onto the floor. Anyway! This morning, I arrived at Starbucks, parked in my favorite spot but instead of going in right away I decided to do a bunch of stuff in the car. When I finally went in, I walked over to my spot to drop off my stuff and I saw my order with the napkins waiting for me. Can you believe it! OMG! I love them. Their Kindness is...
