This place is FANTASTIC. We’ve tried and loved several items - Spicy Pilgrim Sandwich always rewards, Meatball Banh Mi is great, Ginger Lime Ribs are tasty (and generous!), and we’ve enjoyed lots of seasonal items (Caprese Salad comes to mind!). Skagit Valley Provisions is incredibly fresh and delicious food that is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. My wife and I stopped by on a hot summer day and ordered cod tacos and a greek salad. Both dishes were incredible and we left feeling satisfied and wanting to eat through the rest of the menu! The chef is committed to sourcing local whenever possible and the bounty of the skagit valley shines through...

We ordered the Thanksgiving kit for two people from provisions this year.

We were extremely pleased with his product, delicious, easy to reheat with his instructions, and I would recommend this in the future for anyone it was amazing, spot on!!!
