After reading another review, I learned this place offers Bourbon Chicken. I was so excited, as I haven't been privy to this in 30 years (last time was in Brown Deer, WI). Unlike that dangerous mall, this one was very safe & clean. There were quite a few "mall walkers" but their route was away from diners. There was significant construction outside, and a single mall roadway that wrapped around the mall (drive all the way to the back). As for the food, Kobe Japan, and the Bourbon Chicken, it was very good! I ordered extra sauce, which I realized was a mistake, because my styrofoam container was overflowing. Thankfully they offered bags. It comes with white or fried rice, but you can request pan noodles, which is how I remember this dish. They cooked the meat to order, right in front of me, thin bits of chicken, no hearty bites. Comparing this to memory, I thought the original was charcoal grilled, and this was not.
