Torrid — Local services in La Crosse

Love love love this store and the sales! Its expensive but so worth it and i love shopping here. Downfall- 2 very rude and unfriendly girls work there alot and they never greet me when i walk in. They dont smile at me at all! When i went to checkout the past 2 times i bought a sweater and 2 blouses and the lady rolled it all in balls and didnt fold my items and then proceeded to shove my stuff in the tiniest bag that looked like it was sized to fit a pack of socks! Like wth i just paid good money to get treated bad and my items wrinkled and ruined before i could even wear. And another time the other girl seen me come in and didnt say a word and i told her i was picking up my online order and all she said was "name" then proceeded to get it and shoved it at me and said "there" and made me feel horrible and didnt say anything else to me. BUT there is one worker i absoloutely LOVE and everyone should go to him if hes working! Hes the only guy working there, Hes so nice and makes you feel so cheerful and glad about coming in and purchasing your items and...

It was an overall good experience; however I was a little disappointed in the sizing for my body type. I do not necessarily blame the company on this; although I was hoping for something to fit my figure better. I picked a few items that I tried on and they seemed to fit well but when I got home, I realised that they hugged my body in the wrong places and fit my chest weird.

I was very excited to have Torrid come to town so i could try their clothes on. This past year every time i go in they never have my size and will respond with " we can order it for you" no...
