Good experiences thus far. Came in about 4 times so far. Dealt with Sadaf 3 of those times. She was super helpful with explaining everything about engagement rings and wedding bands to me. I knew absolutely nothing. The first time I came in it was just to pick up a necklace for my girlfriend. Ended up talking to her for about 30 minutes looking at rings.

I took away a star because the next time I came in....with my girlfriend to look at rings. Dude the rings she showed my girlfriend were about 3 times the price of what she had originally shown me. I get it, she's gotta sell, but that upset me because it put this idea in my girlfriends head that maybe they was the budget I wanted to go with.

We came back in today for the 4th time and dealt with Michael. Long story short, I found the ring I plan on asking this woman to marry me with. Thanks Michael!

Edit: I just picked up my ring. If you're a guy reading this, I'll tell you right now, it's definitely a stressful time. Trying to budget what you want to pay, planning your proposal, all while trying to figure out what you bride-to-be would like. Stress is definitely a typical factor from what I dealt with during this process. 3/4 (really 4/5) times I've dealt with Sadaf. I will say this, I never did give her a budget, so in all fairness, she was showing me rings from all different price ranges. Let's say your budget is $5k, but she's showing you rings from the leo true light collection and you like certain things about that $20,000 ring, but also like the band on this other $7,000 ring, but wait you like the halo on the $5,000 ring. Mark down all the stuff you like from the rings, tell her your budget, and let her get you right. When it's time for my soon to be fiance and I to go shopping for bands, I now know that I can be picky even when on a budget and confident she'll make sure i get everything I want within my budget.

Me and my fiancé went here to pick out our wedding rings. I’ve had a handful of really positive experiences here and even got my engagement ring for my fiancé here. despite coming in knowing what we wanted we spent over an hour in the store. We had already previously picked out what rings we wanted with a store representative there named Jerry. We weren’t a big fan of Jerry that day and decided if we ever went back we would try to work with someone else. Unfortunately Jerry was our main representative While we are in the store today, I’m not sure why we both had went to Michael with the intention of working with him but we were directed towards Jerry despite the fact that neither of us really wanted to work with him again. He had an awful attitude, he was very short And bluntly rude. after I picked out my ring, he proceeded to wear it for the entirety of our process of purchasing and picking out everything. So the whole hour we are in the store this dude has mine ring was around his finger I mean it’s just like it’s so disrespectful. Jerry tried to be nice and tried to be social, but he was just awful. And that’s why Michael continuously tried to help us because it was clear that Jerry was not getting us in the right direction. Spite that though Michael did mess up our ring out and charged me for more than what I was should’ve been paying for and had to ring me up again I will receive that $500 back but as of today I had to spend 1000. I have worked with Sadaf Umrani (Store Manager) at this location on several jewelry pieces. The most recent was an Engagement ring. I had something very specific in mind and was having a really hard time finding it in stores or at independent jewelers. Sadaf went out of her way to accommodate my needs and my ideas. She found many options that had different aspects that I liked. I gave up but she kept on looking. I got a call from her after she was searching she found the concept I was looking for. She never gave up. She was able to do a custom setting with exactly what I was looking for. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, dedication to me as a client, and helping me make the ring as special as my fiancé. Not only did I have a very specific need, I also had a short timeframe since I have been looking for a while. She knew my deadline and worked with her jeweler to get it done in time. I just purchased the wedding bands through her as well because I do not want to go anywhere else or work with anyone else.
