Bojangles — Restaurant in La Follette

Another update for the first time since we tried 9 months ago. Went after church. Waited 5 min to have order taken. Then they said they didn’t have any chicken. Again. I won’t try again.

The wait times are aaaaalways so long. Can’t ever go during work week because it’ll take up your whole lunch. You have to wait to even be able to order inside, with hardly anyone in restaurant but they just ignore you standing at the register. Don’t even say hang on. There were plenty of workers, though. Especially compared to the (non)crowd. Watched a whole family walk out today after being ignored for at minimum 10 minutes. The family before them that ordered had been waiting forever when I heard a cook holler that it’ll still be another 20 on their food because they didn’t have the chicken. Why would you not have chicken made at lunch time? Total lack of preparation and management and it just makes it so frustrating to visit. Which sucks because I love the food.

10/17/22 - This fried chicken restaurant gets not one, but Three "F's"... for fast, friendly & fresh! I went inside because it was chilly outside & your mouth will drool as soon as you walk in. The chicken is penetrating your eyes & nose because it's kept warm and crispy near the register. The staff was still training a few new girls but they were very nice.

I got the #14 breast & wing combo and was served in seconds. I mean there was no crowd; so more for me, right? I would consider the cajun seasoning on the chicken at a medium scoville level; Fantastic for the whole family, but I wouldn't recommend feeding it to young children without milk. The "dirty rice" is a seasoned mash of rice, bell pepper & diced sausage.

The prices were decent, considering inflation & compared to KFC. Buckets cost more than lunch boxes with sides. If I come by again, I will likely...

UPDATE Thank you all for improving your service! I love our local Bojangel’s. Facility is always super clean and food is great! And service has been fantastic

We love love love Bojangle’s, we stop here every single morning before school & order the same thing. We have always had fantastic service here BUT the past 4-5 weeks we have had some really slouchy service. From missing bo rounds, no fork, no straw, or like this morning for the 2nd day in a row the cashier at the window tells me I only ordered one drink! No honey I order 2 combos therefore 2 drinks!! Come on guys I love yall! And love our local Bojangles! Please step it up & get our great customer service back to where y’all were! I will change my rating once the...
