Starbucks — Restaurant in La Follette

I absolutely love this Starbucks. The morning crew is very friendly, they know what I normally order, and I am always greeted with a smile, and a “ hi, how are you.”. They have never messed up my order. The staff is new here and are doing their very best to ensure orders are correct, and done efficiently. I would challenge anyone who thinks their job is easy to step behind the counter, and learn the computer system, learn all the coffees and frappachino’s and all the other drinks , and keep every customer happy. Was charged for classic syrup. A standard classic syrup that comes with the coffee lol I asked why I was charged extra dollar for something that comes with the coffee? She almost had a break down? Train them better I understand it’s a new place but those employees have zero clue on how to make a iced coffee. Or know how much what costs a venti ice coffee is not 5.80 never was and I haven’t been here since I take the extra drive to go to Clinton where I get some good service and a proper coffee with the right price.it’s a shame I was excited for a new Starbucks in this town since all of them aren’t that great. I stand with Carol on this review! Amy honey… if you would do some research you would come to figure out that there’s actually two kinds of dragon fruit drinks!! If you really didn’t want the milk, than you could’ve politely brought the drink back and said, “i’m so sorry. i didn’t want milk in this, can you please remake it?” & guess what Amy, THEY WOULD HAVE REMADE IT.
