Wendy's — Restaurant in La Follette

Was really disappointed, ordered $37.00 worth of food and had to turn around and go back because 2 sandwiches were wrong.I worked in fast food for 15 + years so I know stuff happens and people forget stuff and I wasn't really upset until I got home after getting the issue fixed , I took the grilled chicken sandwiches back ,managers were nice and took them back to fix the problem ,1 sandwich a tomato was left off and the other only had mayo that was it and I had ask for no honey mustard add mayo with the lettuce and Tomato. When I got home I was really upset after seeing my sandwiches ,the lettuce wasn't even the lettuce that comes on it and the tomatoes were just nasty and looked like they should been thrown out..I took a picture of the sandwich and I wish I could upload it but I can't..If I had known it was gonna be that way I would have took my $37.00 and went to Burger King or Mc Donald's and used coupons and spent less money..very...

They literally got everything in our order wrong. And the girl at the drive thru window kept her back turned to the window the entire time talking. We ordered 2 large sweet teas and a bottle water. They handed out 2 medium teas. So I told her and she looked at the receipt said these are supposed to be large as she handed them to another girl. Then hands out as large sweet tea and large Dr. Pepper so I had to tell her again 2 Large sweet teas. Then we had ordered 1 ghost pepper saucy nuggets and 2 spicy nuggets. We wound up with 1 spicy nuggets and 2 plain nuggets and my husband went back inside for straws because we weren't able to tell her at the window because she immediately turned her back again and stayed that way. 😒 The time before this when we were only ordering the berry frosty's all three were just pure liquid no...

This place is the definition of lazy workers. They did not even separate the bacon on all 3 burgers I purchased. They had the bacon on the VERY EDGE on all 3 burgers. The fries was a new thing for me to be disappointed about. The fries were all small, it was like eating a kid's meal. If I wanted a kid's meal I would go to McDonald to order a kid's meal. This was a waste of money due to the lazy workers they had there. I will eat here again in a few weeks to update this post. I hope they will improve, but I doubt that they will.

EDIT: They did not improve. I ordered the same meal again, not even shock. They messed up again the same way. What is up with those employees. I worked in fast food for a year in high school and I never messed up. In all ways am just going to boycott this...
