Arby's — Restaurant in La Grange

I dont really eat alot of Arbys. However the last couple experiences have been ok. However everytime I've gone the drink machine tends to be broken and out of order and the food is often quite cold. Things break it happens. However frys and such shouldn't be as cold and product should always be available for the soda fountains. Ive worked in a restraunt I understand it gets busy and insane but that's no excuse for lack of productivity and selling items you advertise. Prep work should be a number 1 priority always prep and refill between rushes. Mostly prep should be complete within first shift and be refilled before clocking out of shift. 2nd shift must maintain the prep and such in between.

To be out of products is ridiculous make sure to order your stock early on so you always have more to provide customers.

I regret to inform this will be my last visit to Arbys. There are many more restaurants who provide better...

Nearly 30 years of mostly happily eating at this Arby's and this 1 experience was nasty. I give 2 stars only because the krinkle fries were great. The beef n cheddar was absolutely nasty, and I'm far from a fussy eater... It's ruffly a quarter as much meat as on the next smallest one I've ever gotten. I had to open it to see that it had anything on it. What it did have was cold and 2 of my 5 bites before I tossed it were like a rubber band and I spit them out. It was on the onion bun like it should be, but no cheddar at all, not one spec. The kid working looked filthy and had ZERO personality. The last 7 times I have went there they don't have any bag n the boxes hooked up right so my drink is never right and then when I ask them to fix it, they give me another wrong drink. You wait 35 minutes for food when there are only 2 customers. The foods old and nasty, they don't hire workers with hygiene. The big guy sits out front and rolls his joints as customers are coming in. It is literally the worst Arby's I've ever been to. I door dash and I went to pick an order up there today and the lady ordered a BUNCH of food from there and they were out of 7 items and so the lady was forced to ask for a refund. I love Arby's but this place is a HUGE disappointment. Will never go back....
