I came in today (4/16; around 4 in the afternoon) to buy a 16. Oz Earl Grey Tea w/ milk and found out that the lid was not closed properly and ended up scalding myself on the way out of the shop, burning my hand. But instead of having the staff asking if I was ok or even apologizing about the incident, they just rudely asked "you want a napkin"? and simply walked away with a "yeah" after handing it off to me.
The fact that the staff here are so absolutely disrespectful is clear indication of how bad the service is. If they cannot even properly close the lid on a cup of tea/coffee and refuse to check the welfare of a customer after they've been injured, then I have no reason whatsoever to continue being a customer for this shop. I ask management to investigate and discipline the staff (2 females and 1 male with long curly hair with a cap) that was working today, but until then, I refuse to continue...
Read moreIt’s in a strip mall and looks small from the outside but pretty spacious on the inside. Good coffee options with non-dairy add ons. Service is fast and drinks are good. The espresso I got tasted great, I think it was the Tiger’s Tooth that day, they even offered fizzy water with it so that was appreciated. The cortado I got tasted great too. But, most people are grabbing coffee and leaving so there were spots available. The shop was clean and inviting. There are about 7 low tables and 1 high table, plenty of seating.
