We were craving mazemen but didn’t want to drive across town, so we decided to try Mazera in La Habra. It’s a cozy spot with around ten tables and plenty of parking, which makes it an easy choice for a casual dinner. Service was prompt and friendly — we were seated right away, given water and menus, and the waitress offered helpful recommendations. I went with the Chashu Mazemen, while the rest of my group ordered the Kimchi Mazemen. Both dishes were flavorful, rich, and surprisingly filling even before the staff brought out rice to mix with the remaining sauce. The noodles had great texture, the chashu was tender, and the flavors came together nicely without being heavy. The space itself is simple and relaxed — nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable for a quiet dinner. Food: 4/5 – Balanced, flavorful, and satisfying. Ambiance: 4/5 – Comfortable and well-lit. Service: 4/5 – Friendly and attentive. Overall, Mazera is a solid neighborhood spot for mazemen — convenient, consistent, and worth returning to when the noodle craving hits.

Always down to try a new noodle place. This place opened on Friday so I came by Sunday to try it out and it was pretty good mazemen. Flavor profile is more mild which is good when I don't want a heavy flavor mazemen! Will come back when their menu is complete and try something else. The bulgogi did bright a nice sweetness to the mazemen like a korean Japanese fusion!

Great restaurant, wonderful service and incredible food! Spicy miso ramen: it's good spicy! Enough heat and super yummy! Mazemen (original): mildly spicy, super appetizing sauce, fresh chewy noodles. Love it! Got bulgogi rice for the kid with the option to remove raw green onions and raw garlic. The minced beef is super easy for the little kids to munch on.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mazera ,a charming ramen restaurant that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel right at home.

I decided to try the tonkotsu ramen, and I was blown away by the rich and flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender slices of pork belly. Every bite was a delicious explosion of umami flavors that left me craving for more.

To top it all off, the portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food and service. I can't wait to go back to Mazera and try more of their delicious ramen dishes. If you're a ramen lover like me, this restaurant is...

Maze ramen, also known as brothless ramen, is a dish where the noodles are served with a concentrated sauce or seasoning instead of broth. This style allows for a more intense flavor experience, as the noodles are coated in the sauce, enhancing each bite. When a restaurant cooks maze ramen well, it means they've mastered the art of balancing flavors and textures, ensuring that every component of the dish, from the noodles to the toppings, contributes to a delicious and...
