We were craving mazemen but didn’t want to drive across town, so we decided to try Mazera in La Habra. It’s a cozy spot with around ten tables and plenty of parking, which makes it an easy choice for a casual dinner.
Service was prompt and friendly — we were seated right away, given water and menus, and the waitress offered helpful recommendations. I went with the Chashu Mazemen, while the rest of my group ordered the Kimchi Mazemen. Both dishes were flavorful, rich, and surprisingly filling even before the staff brought out rice to mix with the remaining sauce.
The noodles had great texture, the chashu was tender, and the flavors came together nicely without being heavy. The space itself is simple and relaxed — nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable for a quiet dinner.
