I've been to this location around 5 times now, and have always had great food. I can say confidently I've never been served cold food here, and most of the time it has been out sooner than expected. I would say that all but once was a perfect experience, good food, good service, clean and inviting. Unfortunately this time was a bit too busy or potentially understaffed for the amount of people on a Sunday night.
There was a 20 minute wait to be seated upon walking in, which was expected as it was quite busy. The main issue was just waiting after we had put in our orders. I believe it took about 40 minutes for our 4 meals, and I think our waitress came by once or twice for refills during this. A bit inattentive, but very forgivable as it was packed. Once the food came out, like usual it was great, super hot and tasty! At this point we had asked for a side of BBQ sauce, as we wanted to add some to some ribs that were gotten, but we ended up waiting around 5 or more minutes for this, leaving that one person not wanting to start their main course until the sauce was there. Everything else was alright until we went to pay, as we saw on the kiosk we had been charged an extra two dollars for the game pass even though we hadn't touched the kiosk during the meal. Our waitress understood and said she would take it off the bill, and so we waited. She was servicing other tables for a bit, and then she went to get the drink orders of a party of 15. At this point, it had been 5 or more minutes so we ended up leaving the charge there and paying in cash. Overall it just felt like there was not as much service as usual, but this very well could be the fault of understaffing rather than the waitress.
One other note is that I heard a guest come up to a waitress who was cleaning a table, and heard them saying how she was being worked too hard and that she was expected to clean such a large table too fast.
I believe that an increase of staff would be a great improvement to...
Read moreFirst off came in with a party of three was told there was going to be a wait when I saw multiple tables available. They sit everyone together and when told to ask to move they refused. Out of flour and no mashed or loaded potatoes because someone didn't place an order on time I'm assuming and just the whole vibe was off...never have I been handed my plates instead of them being placed on the table never had a waitress placed drinks on ourntable and we are the ones supposed to grab them and sort them...never have I seen a waiter who is wearing a mask for his and our health spay disinfectant on tables to clean and wipe while with the same hands bringing us food and napkins . My sister asked for pickles on the side and they couldn't get that right and mind you if you don't like pickles you know they soak into the burger and bun so c'mon. Last but not least I swear after being told we couldn't sit on a certain side of the booth mind you that a VIP guest could only sit in since they allowed her (must have been a GF/Family/or team member) and going to the kitchen for a side of ranch and refill since no one was in sight (I was waiting trust me my neck hurts from looking back lol) I was fed up with this location!! OH AND THE CHILI WAS PACKED WITH ENOUGH SALT FOR THE WEEK!! I asked for the check lol they pointed me to the kiosk on the table lol I've been offered that before at chilis but as an option at this location they made it seem like they didn't or couldn't operate a register sheesh how could I tell someone about my experience where's the whole how are things? How was the food? No once checked on US I believe I saw someone in what seems to be a manager shirt but he just had air pods in listening to music while he swept where no one was sitting for the past hour mind you my feet were sticking to the ground because of spills or something extremely sticky...get it together everyone this location needs...
Read moreWe all know Chili’s 🌶️ so it seems a little funny to review it, but it’s recently become a family favorite - especially now that we have a 3 1/2 year old.
Another big draw for us are the two different lunch and dinner specials. The value for the amount of food you get is insane - and hard to find anywhere else! I’m low key obsessed with their Old Timer Cheeseburger ($10.99) and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. Both are huge and I can rarely finish the entire plate. Both specials come with two sides (one on the plate like fries or garlic toast, and then a soup/salad option) and an endless fountain drink too. Again, you just can’t beat the value! And in this economy that’s more important than ever.
Now onto why we love bringing our daughter here. They have the typical kid’s menu sheet and crayon, so that’s always appreciated (especially when we’re out unexpectedly like the other night so I didn’t have my usual kid entertaining things myself). The kid’s menu has a really good variety of choices for them, which comes with a side and a drink for $5.75-$6.75. Again, portion sizes are great and we really feel like it’s a great value! Our Hannah LOVES the corn 🌽 on the cob and asks for it every time we go there.
Lastly, for the kiddos there are FREE games on the little video console thing at each table. I’m not a fan of sticking a screen in her face every time we’re out, but there were some fun educational games on there so we made the exception. Plus, let’s face it, sometimes we all just need a good distraction for a 3 year old! 🤣
Service is decent to good, the LH location has very friendly staff, and the restaurant is always clean. Overall, this place is a win for value and being so...
