The Kebab Shop — Restaurant in La Habra

First time eating here and, good golly, it was SOOOOO GOOD!!! As I perused the menu on their order tablet, a very friendly and helpful employee named Sam approached me and offered assistance. I declined but quickly took her up on the offer. She was very knowledgeable of not just the menu but the cuisine itself. She described each sauce and hummus with great accuracy. This is important as I don’t like to try a new place and feel I’ve missed out on any star item.

The food was fresh and flavorful. The saffron rice is a must along with the chickpea salad. Another must is the dill yogurt and tzatziki. Their pita is made fresh and so fluffy. It is. OTHING like your store-bought pita. It’s the best I've had, hands-down!

Dont forget to try the jalapeño hummus. It’s not spicy but certainly has a zing to it that will satisfy even the “cautious” diner. If you’re ever in La Habra area and want super fresh food, well portioned, from real ingredient and all made in-house, come to The Kebab Shop and ask for Sam. She will definitely make sure you’re taken care of!...

Alan was very kind. I had the chicken shawarma wrap at The Kabob Shop is hands down delicious. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, the chicken is grilled to perfection with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. Every bite bursts with rich Mediterranean spices that are flavorful without being overpowering.

The shawarma is served wrapped and the toppings are fresh and generous—crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, tangy pickles, and their signature garlic yogurt and spicy cilantro sauces that elevate the whole thing to another level. It’s clear they put a lot of care into balancing flavor and texture.

This was my family’s first time eating at, The Kabob Shop, and it definitely will not be our last. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the super friendly and gracious cashier, Analiz, we knew it would be a memorable experience. Analiz walked us through the menu, she was patient and kind. When we got our food, we were extremely impressed with how fresh the ingredients were, how delicious our meals were and how plentiful the portions were. Benji and Analiz came to our table to ask us how our experience was and food tasted… such great service. Before leaving, we went to the counter to thank the cooks, Benji and Johnny, as well as Analiz for our great dining experience. I would highly recommend The Kabob Shop in La Habra to anyone looking for amazing Mediterranean food...
