The staff was very unprofessional. Bought 2 ft.long sandwichs. One of them was made totally wrong cotton home I looked at it and call them back and told him it was sloppy didn't have what I wanted on there more to Mays more medicine more purple onions and was telling me that the opposite of yes the bread was sappy with dressing you can barely see. The young man in there was rude good morning answer the question about supervisor asking for the corporate number he told me was on the receipt with your was not necessary to him cuz I went back there to get my sandwich made over didn't really want to make the sandwich over they call the manager at home and she said she had to call the boss we stick another 30 after waiting they said that she said they couldn't give me my money back asking to call the manager back to have my sandwich made over at that time I was getting my phone to call the police because they wouldn't give me my sandwich on my money back but when I went to call the police they said the manager called back and said the make one sandwich over which that's all I wanted them to do. Preston who was the manager they said she was offering to be back till Monday ask for the corporate number they said it was up on the wall with your wasn't asked for their names they probably gave me a false name. Then I did a survey the next day and I told whoever has the owner to please call me he never called he sent a text message saying your pologize and spoke with his staff. Read moreI work down the road from this restaurant so I visit it frequently. The customer service has always been mediocre at best but today it was bad enough to say something. First off I walked through the door to see a worker sitting at the first table on her phone, eating a bag of chips. Nothing too alarming about that, I believe in taking breaks but there was no one behind the counter and she didn't budge as I sat there waiting for assistance. Finally a guy walked out from the back, chewing food. I could sense his disdain for my presence. After washing his hands (which I always appreciate) he put on gloves, looked up at me and nodded. No words, no how can I help you, just a nod. So I wasn't the most friendly in return. He made my sandwich the way I asked, clearing his throat constantly and sniffling over my food as he made it. While my sandwich was in the "oven" he went over to the cash register and began handling money, gloves and all. When he returned to complete my order, he did not change the gloves, or even attempt to conceal his germ transfer. I was very ready to say something to the gentleman, however I had coworkers in the restaurant at the time and chose at that point to keep my composure. Once reaching the check out, I bagged my own food while he stared at me, I even had to ask him for napkins. This is the part where I make my point. I have worked in both fast food and fine dining. Read moreKnowing the ingredients changed and I’m no longer eating foam’ this was the best quickest sandwich that I have missed for so many years!! It’s good to know I can eat here again. Hopefully subway will only continue to get better…. However this location in particular seems to have staffing issues. After becoming an employee myself I quickly began to realize why. I myself managed 6 QSR’s for a multibillion dollar company making a profit of 7-8 million a year on my location alone. So this is chump work for myself. I worked a total of about 2 and half weeks was told to toss around my gov. Documents and when the manager finally did get my stuff out of the safe after sitting there I was told I wouldn’t be paid till Jan. Making that about 5 weeks working with no pay. Let’s just say I quite 2 weeks and some days later and still have not been paid! But I’m a smart individual and I know the legal steps to take in order to get what belongs to me. The distress this has caused on myself and my family will only add to the documents. So for the high school adults watch out and make sure you know the law and what you’re doing.
