Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in La Mesa

3rd and last. I sent one of my workers to get my usual breakfast and the other guys' some food and drinks for one last time. it was the last time any of us or our families would be getting Chick-fil-A. If it wasn't sad enough that I would never have my favorite fast food restaurant again, my order was not right. I got regular instead of diet. Okay, guys, I normally don't come in on Saturday because I'm not working close by. I had to work this Saturday and I wish I hadn't... The four count many that I got was the driest I've ever seen. The bread was crumbling in my hand and couldn't even pick them up. One was missing most of the bottom. I thought the burrito was supposed to have cheese on it?. This one didn't, and it was very small, but the hash browns were good, and the egg white gill was good. Come on, Chick-fil-A, we need to tighten up our Saturday performance.. Update... Normally I love the experience at Chic Fil A and I’m sure tonight the team was having a bad night but after showing up an hour before closing with the doors were locked I was a little confused, through the window I see that the team lead was looking at me as if I was bothering them, They eventually opened the door after a couple exchanges of stares, and normally I understand inconveniences and don’t take things personal because I know the food industry can be stressful, however when they opened the door I was getting poor snarky stares as if I was causing the inconvenience. I normally will turn away but I had a small emergency and needed the restroom access otherwise and Chic Fil a was the closest thing before the inevitable otherwise I would have walk away but when I asked if it’s possible I could use the restroom the team lead looked at me up and down and with attitude and said “Yeah, hurry up.”

I was a little surprised because normally I receive exceptional service at Chic Fil A however he didn’t even bother to explain himself or the cause of them locking the door. The rest of the team seemed very apologetic to other customers trying to access the store and explained about the issues but just an area of opportunity for the team lead...

My husband and I orderd curbside, but there is inly one spot available as to it was full. My husband and I decided to go through the drive thru and explained our situation to the lady taking orders. " she explained we need to go around and park into the curbside spot" . It frustrated me for the simple fact she was not listening as we had to explain our situation again to the same lady. THE SPOT WAS OCCUPIED . What are we to do! . Sit wait until the spot is available while our food just sit around. No. We were already in drive thru waiting , why would you have us ,pass through and wait again. Yeah it messes up the orders through the drive through. But our food should have been ready as its not that hard to just had us our food. Literally that was the worst experience we had with chic fil a as my husband and I wanted to grab our food and go.
