First time here , store was nice & clean and I will say that I kind of pieced it together that it can be convenient as you shop for groceries as they make your order to go wether itâs the juice bar or sandwhichâs or pizza slices. I also thought it was a bit weird to walk in and no one really greets you and ask you if this is your first time here ? How may we assist you etc.. so my brother & I were confused for at least 5 mins before I actually approached the deli department to which a man asked me how he could help me and I replied with a sandwhich order and thatâs when I was directed to paper and a pen and I put it together that, thatâs how you order sandwiches. A sign would be nice to let first time customers know how the process works. Also you donât pay at the counters you order items at, everything is taken to the cashiers in the front of the store. At least the ladies at juice bar helped me understand once I said âthis is our first time here â actually explained the process of how you order juice / smoothie / gelato area .. just an fyi for first timers! same concept they have laminated forms and you fill it out and give them the order and you wait til itâs done.
So the store itself I didnât really walk around it cause my visit was just to order a sandwich & not grocery shop. I will say we did wait a good amount of time for our order to be ready. Now I can understand if they had multiple orders, but a heads up is always nice. So take that information how you will.
Now onto the taste . I ordered tropical treat smoothie & that tasted good, more on a healthier scale flavor profile (still sweet ,but not Jamba Juice sweet.) in my book thatâs a good thing. But hey your preference is your preference! We ordered 3 sandwiches and I thought the quality was good , however I like seasoning/ flavor and so for my family these sandwhich lacked flavor. Would I order a sandwich from here again probably not, however I wouldnât be opposed to getting a smoothie/ juice from here. So as it being my first time here ⊠it didnât really give me impression to want to come back. Again this is my opinion, if youâre still curious you can always check it out.

Read moreI have had two recent negative experiences with Frazier Farms specifically with their takeout pizza service.
The first incident occurred when I placed an order for pizzas and went to pick them up. Upon arrival, the person in charge of the pizza station informed me that he would not be able to fulfill my order. He claimed to have called me to notify me of this issue, but that was simply untrueâI never received any calls. I spoke to a manager that day who was very apologetic about the situation. To make amends, he offered me a gift card and even comped the groceries I was purchasing at that time. While I appreciated his effort to rectify the situation, it did not change the fact that my plans were inconvenienced and my time wasted.
After a few months, I decided to give Frazier Farms another chance and ordered three pizzas for takeout. I placed my order around 5:55 PM for a 7:00 PM pickup. When I arrived at the store, the person in charge of the pizzas informed me that the pizzas were not ready. He claimed to have attempted to contact me and mentioned that he had six pizzas to make ahead of mine, which would delay my order by at least another hour. This was clearly untrue, as I had no missed calls or messages from them. I asked to speak to a manager and was surprised to find myself talking to Oggy, the same manager from my previous incident. Although he was extremely apologetic, he did not offer any resolution this time. Frustrated, I left and ordered pizzas elsewhere.
These experiences have left me disappointed with the level of service at Frazier Farms. While the management tried to address the issue the first time, the repeated problems with their takeout service make it hard for me to trust that similar issues wonât happen again. I hope they take steps to improve their communication and reliability...
Read moreAfter a few visits I feel like I can finally write a fair and honest review. I really want to say this place is the best but itâs just alright. The biggest problem is the expired products on the shelves, every time Iâve visited Iâve come home with something expired, yogurt, coffee, and finally produce that spoiled within a couple days. The first time I attributed it to new staff that hadnât been taught how to rotate product but itâs been long enough that training should have sunk in with staff by now. The produce section is pretty weak, especially on the organic side. Wilted greens, bruised apples and no one in sight working the department.
When it comes to social distancing protocols, shopping here is like taking a step back in time. Way too many people in the store at once, aisles jammed, and way too many noses above masks. I even saw an employee take off their mask as they walked into the back. It blew my mind.
Where this place shines is the unique products and wide variety of vegan and vegetarian products. Iâll probably still pop in for a couple hard to find items but wonât be making any big trips. I just hope they can get the whole expired product thing...
