Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in La Mesa

Now let me tell you about Domino's Pizza and the big dream. I came in to get my pizza, it had been years. My wife had divorced me through leaving a note at the bottom of the pizza box when I ate Domino's last time, so I've stayed away from it. Today, I decided to overcome my fears and go get Domino's pizza one more time. I walked in, and I see that fresh, white teethed smile from the worker. I was amazed at how he greeted me, with such a professional attitude.

I ordered my pizza, and sat down, my heart still racing from the excitement. I have never had that much friendly service, it was astonishing. He asked me if I was doing well, now for sure, I was. When he handed me the pizza, I just had to ask what his name was. He replied with, "Owen". This man has the greatest customer service skills I have ever seen, I nearly cried tears of joy, but I pulled myself together.

I eat pizza once again, thanks to Owen. You have taught me that not all pizza is bad, does not carry negative memories. Sometimes pizza can be heavenly in it's brilliance, even if some are mean and rueful of the Western Dream. I love the toppings you have gathered here. The cheesy marinara had no cheese(YouTube confirmed this) and it made me disgusted. Did the reastraunt do me wrong or was it the guy who said he "couldn't find my house" after I see on my phone 2 min before he is hanging down the street. As I am walking (because I don't like waiting for my food), to where he is and then suddenly he is is driving from the other side of the road looking to fufill my order. Some old man SMH I hope the tip I gave him can point him to the resources he needs, I'd make this 1 star but I want people to see what can happen when you are not through and don't do your research so always remember you should trust your gut. If i didnt see the reviews on this product i would have remained a skeptic about paying 3.66 for a scoop or two of unbrowned marinara sauce. The best part was when he made that turn to keep up the guise of a hard worker he called me so i met him where he was minutes ago parked in his car coming back to bring me my food he ruined the sanctity of. The MANAGER at this location is very unprofessional and immature. My order was delivered incorrect for a second time. When I called to question my order associates took care of the issue immediately. 5 minutes later I get a personal call from Domino's management claiming that he sent the right order and I was wrong. He asked me to double check the box which had bread and not my chicken he even asked me to open one of the breads to see if it had chicken inside this went for 5mins. All this was unnecessary in his part and a waste of my time as I was on the clock at work. When the delivery driver came again to deliver the correct order we called the store manager together to confirm that he had sent the wrong order to my location the first time as he wanted Proof. The manager them claimed he wanted the bread order returned then hung up. The driver apologized in behalf of management. The first mistake they did was cut my large pizza into four slices yes 4.
