Every other day, the water gets shut off excessively for the last year of my life here and even before the new property manager, Jose is awesome, but the corporate entity behind him is terrible. We can’t live without water every other day it’s shut off. I have about 50 notices piled up on my countertop of how many times they shut the water off. I have an ear infection because of it and my mom has a back infection from not bathing enough it’s horrible. She also has a colostomy bag which she can’t clean either. Under new management and new owner. Let's hope for positive changes. New property manager Jose, seems super nice, very professional and comes across as a straight shooter! . My personal experience as the on site PM was awful. Glad I can put it all behind me now, so glad I'm not there any more! Sorry but CTMs Regional Manager did a terrible job of managing the property.
