I cannot recall the last time, if I ever given a 1 star before. This one is warranted. The team at this local Jack and the box seems to not know how to work thier POS. I have for many years been able to request a special order of a tortilla, egg and cheese as it is a lower price than the expensive meat lovers burrito. I don't eat those meats in the burrito so I to pay near 7.00 for a simple order is insane. I always go to other locations and get the order I requested above foe approximately $2.50. This is reasonable for what I get. Never have I had a cashier on the drive through say no we can't do that and then have thier manager say the same thing. I'm thinking maybe they aren't aware of how to properly ring simple requests. Maybe that's it. But it was interesting after they state " He says we can't do that" I said ok. Then they don't ask if I want anything else just a sorry. I wait 2 cars so they can depart and as I pull through I see them hiding from the window. I was disappointed in the service for sure. I am going to go to another location and get this same order with no problems closer to my house. They will even offer to ask if I want something else and I might just take them up on it. Sorry, just super disappointing that a leadership team doesn't know how to take care of its customers when it does nothing to the bottom line. Read moreDid not get served within 20 minutes of being there, while many drive-through customers were being treated first while I and my family were ignored. Many of the tables were filthy and unclean. What I was assuming was the manager, since she was bossing everyone around, was very rude and very unprofessional, even to the point where she would tell her co-workers “I’d kill you” in front of a customer (myself). She continued giving us attitude throughout our experience. She also did not know how to operate the cash register, also seemed to not be able to count money properly. Atmosphere and energy in this Jack In The Box was very unsettling and uncomfortable. The whole time all I heard was bad mouthing about other drive-through customers out loud while I’m trying to eat in peace. The food was also not properly cooked well. The burger patty was still cold and pail. The soda seemed to be mixed with water, had no taste at all. It’s such a disgrace and disappointment that a corporation can continue to allow such a foul behavior within their company. The management here is clearly the issue. As she also does not train her staff properly. I would not be surprised if I’d get food poisoning from this place. Read morewent last night twice, once at 1am and tried once again about 30-40 mins later, sat at the drive thru for over five minutes, no one came to the speaker, went up to the window saw no one in there but all lights were on, heard tons of beeping coming from inside, drove around trying to find somewhere else to eat for 30 mins, ended up trying again after failing to find other food since i live one minute away. i again sat at the speaker for almost ten minutes, expecting to atleast hear someone say they’re cleaning or anything. nope nothing, pulled up to the window again for another five minutes and saw absolutely no one but still heard lots of beeping coming from inside, i was worried at this point because i hope the employee was okay in there. other cars were trying to go through and none were getting served. i’ve been here many times at this hour and they’re always there to take my order so not sure what happened. i work in food service and atleast would be checking if customers are trying to get food so i can tell them we can’t take orders at that time, if that...
