Starbucks — Restaurant in La Mesa

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Ordered a hazelnut breve latte on Sunday Sept. 18th at 1:35. The brunette barista with black rimmed glasses does not stop talking to her co workers and my one drink took about 5 minutes...no one was in front of me, so it wasn't like they were busy. Whe she finally finished making my drink, she called out, "breve latte." I said, with hazelnut right?" She responds, " I didn't think it was necessary to list all the details as you know whats in your drink." I wish i would've said something to the bitchy barista. I am everyday there buying coffee, food and even a bunch of cups. I did buy in the morning a venti coffee in another starbuck so i decided to arrived there with half of my mocha caffe venti to study and do some extra work. When it was time to go, i did want to use the bathroom so i went to ask the manager for the code so he told me, "did you do a purchase or did you buy something so i can give you the code"? really.... everybody had seen me there making me coffee and buying food everyday and this manager didnt want to give me the bathroom code. Went here today at 6:00 pm. Poor girl behind the counter was left by herself without knowing how to make even one kind of coffee. She could make tea, refreshers, and water. Considering this is a coffee place this in absurdly unacceptable by management. Staff correctly or the manager needs to step up and come in to help. She’s obviously flustered and having to deal with backlash from customers wanting there precious starby’s. To not have her trained and to leave her alone? That’s like going to a hair salon and the hairstylist only knowing how to do makeup or wash hair but not know how to cut, or style...
