HORRIBLE Customer Service this morning!! I will NOT return, I called ahead like I have done in the past and I put in a small order. I get there to pick up and the line was very long, so I walked up to the side counter and stood there for a few minutes being ignored. No one asked what I needed or asked how can they help. I finally spoke up and said I’m here to pick up an order and the VERY RUDE lady behind the counter said stand in line. I looked at that line and said I called my order in and your saying I have to stand in that line? She responds with yep. So I left, being late to work over a bagel isn’t worth it. They do not know how to handle morning rushes and either do their attitudes. I’m big on Customer Service, I’ll pay double, I’m all about supporting my local family owned restaurants, but when you treat me like that you just pushed me to take my business elsewhere and to let all my family and friends know about my experience. I can order online and pay online with Panera Bread that is around the corner and pop in go to the rack or side counter they have for online orders and pick up and I’m in my way. Really wanted to try this place for a while now. Placed an order for 2 sandwiches some bagel bombs and an extra bagel with cream cheese on the side. They called our name but gave our offer to a different person with the same name.

Mistakes happen and we were in no rush. We were told they would remake our order. We heard instructions given to out server from the kitchen saying they didn't have certain items for our order and to just give us an extra bagel. Again, its understood things run out and its not a problem but it felt as we were just brushed off for their mistake which was a little disappointing. We accept the offer since we had already waited and when we received our order we were missing extra on our sandwiches and the cream cheese on the side. Again, mistakes happen and we could've still had a good experience but it just felt as if the effort and care was very lacking in this...

They used to be great bagels but cutting corners has left these bagels undesirable. Cassidy’s corner gets there bagels frozen & slightly cooked. Then they put them in some kind of convection oven and heat them up. Wa La, instant bagels. Just came back from Cassidy’s & thought I would give them one more chance. What a big mistake. The bagels were so under cooked that you couldn’t even slice them because they just fold in on themselves. Raw mushy dough. Plus they shorted me one bagel. Not even worth going back to complain. There was a time when they came pretty close to tasting like a N Y bagel but since they decided to save money & cut corners, there bagels are terrible. At least cook the damn things enough to make them edible. Time to go on the hunt again and find some place that makes a bagel the way they are supposed to be made. Boil, bake & eat....
